Super unhelpful staff. I've lived all over the province and this location is the hardest to deal with. They gave me the wrong advice over the phone, then denied it person.

Ladies behind the counter seem to want to make everything as difficult as possible. If this was a private business they would be fired.

These women are fantastic, friendly, efficient, even if it’s busy they give you their full attention. A pleasure.

The woman who works at the post office is SO RUDE and UNKIND and NO CUSTOMER SERVISE SKILL what soever. I forgot to check her name but she always BOSSY and RUDE I normally avoid this post office because she makes me soo uncomfortable. She should not be working if she doesnt know how to treat customers.

The ladies that work here rock! Idk what these other bozos are talking about, or what they did, or whatever–but these ladies are always so helpful and friendly when I swing by to mail letters and parcels.

Literally the worst place ever, don’t go there, they don’t solve any of your problems and also the customer service is awful, i would rate them with 0 stars if I could

I was here today and the lady working didn’t had any compassion. They refused to give me my packages. They told me my ID was expired, and who knew photo ID’s even expired. I was nice and show them my student ID, name on Credit Card, and even a photo of my passport on my phone to make sure they knew it was me. They still refused telling me it was company policy. I understand policy but some people need to have compassion and make one time exceptions for good customer service.

Driver should had deliver on my door tho, but they decided to drop here.

If I could rate zero stars I would. The women who work at Canada Post are absolutely sour and miserable. Unwilling to assist, combative when you ask them questions, and overall just a horrible customer service experience. I had a large package to pick up - that Canada post didn’t even attempt to drop off at my house (I was home all day) - and the staff were rude and unhelpful in the process of pick up. Skip this location unless you want your day ruined.

The women that work here are soooooooo awful. It’s like you’re an inconvenience to them even walking up to the desk. Reading the reviews it’s nice to know I’m not the only one who’s had a horrendous experience here. So rude, so unhelpful. Save yourself a headache and go to a different location.

Terrible service, first they delayed my package and then made it very difficult for me to get it.

For whatever reason these canada post ladies can't handle being asked any questions. Everytime I have a question i feel like their mood changes and they just want me gone so they can deal with the next customer. Everytime! Sorry for being such an inconvenience of a customer

Staff always seem upset about something. Mostly just standing around chatting in their own Tagalog and ignoring waiting customers.

Today at around 12: 30pm, one of the stuff of Canada Post, Eileen, showed me a hard face and unwillingness to serve me. She was also very bossy to me. I have lived in this neighborhood, and visited this store for more than 29 years. Now, I feel very disappointed with the bad experience I had got from the stuff of Canada post. Hopefully, it will improve next time when I come back.

I've mailed stuff many times here before and I'm always impressed by the managers pleasant and efficient demeanour. If you think you got bad service here, I'm guessing it because you weren't prepared to actually mail anything. Show up ready to go and get great service. Show up expecting the postal workers to hold your little hand through the entire mailing process, while you hold up the line and waste everyone else's time who are also waiting, then don't be surprised when you get scooted off to the side so they can actually serve people who are ready to do business.

Compelled to edit my review to note most bad reviews sound like the exact types you'd expect, they probably expect the staff to stuff and address their envelopes for them and look up postal codes, basically stuff that any able bodied person should already have ready to go.

Zero customer service for someone who the title is “Manager” (Lizzi)
Customer service is about helping people to do what they came for, but no when it become difficult task of their job, they do not want to do it and will ask you to go somewhere else (different location) because they are lazy to do it. Really?
Customer service and smile in the face when they are greeting a customer, not a angry face because you already seen the customer before. What’s wrong about going to the same location?

I wish I could give 0 stars. I went there to mail something. There was a lady who was rude and dismissive and not willing to help me, although I was the only person there. Awful service.

The staff here can be dismissive but are generally quick and helpful. They advised me on cheaper shipping options which I greatly appreciated.

Lazy, slow moving staff. They see you waiting and they're still chatting and standing around. Typical.
