Canada Post

It's no surprise this place has such bad ratings. I went there trying to ship something that had a QR code and I was told to take it to Canada Post and they can scan the code and print the label for me. For some unknown reason, the person working there couldn't scan the code and was adamant that it was the receiver's issue, however, I have used the exact same method at other locations and it was never a problem. She made me go and print the label and bring it back. The people that work at this location act like everything extra they have to do comes off their paycheck. Just do your job and print my label, the 10 cent for ink is not coming off your paycheck, relax! Neither is the pen ink when asked to borrow or the piece of tape when something needs to be taped up.

Staff is INCREDIBLY RUDE at this location… i have tried many times to be courteous and polite while sending and receiving packages here but i give up.unfortunately this location is nearest to my house

Employee had a fit looking for my parcel, kicked aside a parcel that wasn't in his way then huffed and showed me a pamphlet stating looks like you'll have to come back Monday. When I asked why am I told it's here and showing confirmation he merely shrugged his arms stating who knows then.come on people

I needed to send very important visa documents to my home country and chose an insured trackable express post envelope for which I paid 50$. The clerk added a declared value of 100$ which in my opinion was wrong and may lead to import duties. Although I insisted on the value to be declared as 0$ as the envelope only contained documents, the clerk assured me of this to be standard procedure. After more than two months the envelope was returned to me due to unpaid import duties. Not only did I miss my time window for my documents to be delivered, but when confronting the same clerk the explanation was this to be standard procedure and the delivery agent to be wrong, while I’m holding the envelope in hand with a note of unpaid duties. After all this they didn’t even have the decency of reimbursing the fees I paid for a service that was not carried out. DO NOT USE CANADA POST if you have to send anything of value.

I guess the hobby of those two old ladies is making things hard for customers! Worst of the worst

Horrible customer service, will actively avoid this location because of one specific employee that there’s countless reviews on here about.

I’m so sorry to be rude, but the lady who works here doesn’t have two brain cells to rub together.

She complains that packages are too heavy, complains that there are too many packages, complains complains complains. Listen, dear lady… this is your job! Plenty of people would be happy to take your place.

She makes up weird rules about package measurements. She argues and berates even when you try and tell her you agree. She doesn’t make any sense. I don’t know what her problem is. Every single time I go there I have a hard time.

Go to any other Canada Post office and you will have a normal level of service.

Major snow storm this week, but I had to get a package out. After all, Christmas is on Sunday. Well, the folks at this location decided to close early (5pm) and just left a sign on the counter. They did peak their head out the window of the mail room and saw me, but quickly ducked so that they didn't actually have to come out and serve. Why? They are their, patrons who made it there had to brave the cold, slippery sidewalks, terrible driving conditions.why not just stay open, or at the very least, post something on line so people don't wait their time and safety.
