I’ve been in every branch of Canada Post in West Vancouver and I can confidently say that this one is the best! They are absolutely kind, patient, and polite. I recommend using this branch instead of other ones that are rude and don’t care about their customers. Thank you!

I guess there care about my business. I've been using this post office for my companies documents and packages for years now. My relationship with them is great, when I have a package that I missed waiting for me in my PO Box, they will send me a text or call me if it's at risk of being returned. I would assume not many post offices would do that for their customers as many are almost hostile to their customers. Glad I found this little gem of west van postal glory:)

Always great service, and super friendly people working there. There are several post offices in my area that I use, this one is by far the best run post office of them all. Unlike many post offices, they go the extra mile to make you feel they appreciate your business.

I had such a horrible experience in March at the POffice on Bellevue, West Vancouver. The tall male clerk screamed at me "stand back" but I wasn't that close to him. He was extremely rude and militant. Never going back there again!

They returned and charged the return back to me for a parcel i sent to A VALID ADDRESS! What a joke, we pay for their incompetence behind closed doors? Or do they like writing sinister INC on mail theyre supposed to ATTEMPT delivery.

This was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Every single person was accommodating, and they went completely out of their way to make sure I had a nice day. I would 100% recommend going to this post office! Although I was there for business, I may have to go there each time for my own mailing, even though I live in a different city! 5 stars.

Every week at least one time I visit them, very friendly crew it is a busy place but they are serving so fast for that reason you do not need to wait.

There is a woman of african descent who is completely weird and rude, stared at my daughter far too long. I am not prejudiced but she was very obviously strange, and the service was so bad and she humiliates customers.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Some of them have been there for a long time (10+ years - as long as I have been going).
