Canada Post Pacific Processing Centre

I had returned Amazon Parcel through canada post. More than one month, still waiting. It is not proccessed after reaching Richmond. There is no Amazon customer serviceavailable. I would Appreciate if anyone help to solve this issue.

There is a fat Indian guy at security truck entrance gate. He is so rude and don’t know how to speak. So This happened with us today morning when we there for delivery. While exiting the facility he came to us and said your speed was 40 kmph we told him that not possible but he start abusing. He has no right to abuse anyone if there was any problem with us he could have issue a warning or something but the way that guys behave, I never seen such in my life. He was ready to fight and was like come down m gonna kick u and other abusive comments.

I understand that many people are stressed about their delayed packages and my heart goes out for y'all. My experience with this processing centre wasn't perfect, it did take 2 weeks for the package to arrive at the Surrey British Columbia post office after arriving in Richmond but thats acceptable.

My package is stuck here and the tracking information says that it was presented to customs on June 13th. My tracking number is CT206748786IN How long will this process take? Could somebody help please?
I have had packages shipped from India by DHL twice and received them within 10days time. It is ridiculous with Canada post.

My parcel arrived to this processing centre for customs inspection on 18th april, 23 and today is 7th may, 23 and still my parcel has not been released from this centre. I don't know why they are taking so long. My tracking id is CP225938099IN. Please do something about it.

I send from India. On 28 march reached in Vancouver post. But stil not delivered in North York. My Tracking no is CG116191186IN. Please do something.

These guys are life savers, the call center lady named Andria and her supervisor, named Andrew are exceptional.we have our US VISA interview this morning and our passports were issued little late from Ontario. But after calling these guys, they were really helpful and kind enough to escalate the delivery within this short period. Absolutely amazing human beings.top notch customer service.

Still stuck at verifying recipient's address for over 1 week. No idea why it's taking over a week to verify the address when I have checked the addresses over 10 times to make sure it's correct. Still no update on my express shipping package.

Can you image an express mail was stuck here since mid-December 2021 with no updates. What a joke.

Well I ordered something on the 2nd on Dec expecting around xmas.

I am currently waiting. (Jan 17th)

Out of the three scans below its been sitting in Richmond over a month. How am able to provide etas for my customers when there are no updates at all.

I hate writing ring one star reviews. Canada post deserves it.

If I could give no stars I would. What are you guys actually doing? Let me guess you don’t pay enough so you’re understaffed yet again. You’d almost think Christmas was an annual thing… absolutely useless.

By far the worst shipping company I've had any experience with, I've had a total of 12 service tickets open this year alone, nobody here can process a package in a timely manner, shipping times are not acceptable, you pay for faster shipping and they still manage to do absolutely nothing about it. Any other shipping company, UPS, FedEx, DHL, ect, will be 100x better than this option. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from canadapost. The business as a whole is an unorganized mess. Would not recommend canadapost to anybody, canadapost as a whole is a big disappointment and they don't care about customers what so ever, they'll hold your mail and release it when they feel they should. Canadapost is the laughing stock of the Canadian postal system.

Why are all the packages stuck in Richmond? This is rediclous with the excuses. Is Richmond blocked off from the rest of Canada?
Ups is holding packages too in Richmond. 2000$ being held. And it's costing me 30 bucks a day.

Will never use Canada post again, Fed ex or any other couriering service is the only way to go. Utterly useless service, typical government run business. They continue using the excuse highways are closed for poor service in BC. But BC roads website shows them all open? What took Fed-ex 3 days, Canada Post still hasn’t delivered after 3 weeks! Plus Fed-ex is cheaper.

I don’t want to give one star today my flight and i called them i need my passport they sent my passport someone else they have my passport in tracking it show me Richmond i wanted to go there but there supervisor natashaa told u cannot go there.

Dec 18: Order Shipped from Toronto.
Dec 23: Order in Richmond processing centre.
Jan 16: 25 days later. Ticked filed.
Jan 21: 30 days later. Still there.

Does Canada Post not budget for better tracking/sorting/pickup systems? A large number of the reviewers say they never received their items and had to file a claim/repurchase. Are they being stolen or held on to and sold off?

All the reasons in the world are good for them to add some extra delay, weathers, Fake No Virus, Holidays, Transportation delay. When it sit at least 1week to 2 weeks there. They are a big issue with your skill and aptitude on doing a proper dispatch. I was Dispatcher for the Army and it's shame that kind of services.

(in my case this is * Medication I need everyday.)

The worst sorting facility of all. Been waitin a month for an expedited package. Was getting my packages faster during the covid lock down. Even woth the floods in abbotsford that shouldnt affect them that much. They were alwaus recieving abbotsford areas mail tp begin with not like they are dealing with a new area to sort.

If zero stars could be given, actually negative starts i would give it -5 stars. A few times during the year, but every parcel at Christmas that gets sent there- will go there to die. If you see your package is a Richmond sorting facility call right away and ask that the call be escalated. Or you won't get that package in time for Christmas. I also don't think Canada post corporate is aware that Christmas is an annual thing. Call or chat with Canada Post- file a complaint against this facility and ask for a ticket number so you can contact the Canada Post Ombudsman. File an application with Ombudsman, they will then have to investigate this facility. For 4 years I have been having issues with packages that end up there. We have to start filing with Ombudsman so that something can actually be done. Complaining to Canada post to get something done is pointless. Have a better chance of getting a live unicorn for Christmas than a package on time from Richmond.

Very disappointing. Its been more than a week you guys are holding my shipment. It was a product which was supposed to be used for an event tomorrow and now am here stuck with nothing. Who ever managing this place should become more efficient. 100’s of people loosing hope because of this one facility.

They literally lost my passport. They sent my passport to some other place. I have my air tickets booked for September 21st. I specially paid 60 dollars for xpresspost. It’s a disaster. If I don’t find my passport I’ll sue them. It’s not a joke my passport is my identity. It’s not a simple small parcel it’s my passport. They made a huge mistake. Someone can misuse my passport for wrong identity. ITS MY PASSPORT.why did they change my address for no reason on 16th September in Richmond. I gave my current address of Vancouver they deliver it to Burnaby. They lost my passport. If you can’t run a service then close this business why are you guys playing with important things of people.

A bunch of liars and incompetent people. Canada post " We will deliver your parcel when we feel like it no matter what you pay. " People used to be proud to work for the post office back in the day but not it seems they let the circus take over because of all the clowns they hired.

A lot of people do not understand that when a package is sent to Canada, the item needs to pass through customs and it can sit there for weeks. Also when a shipper has created the label and marked your order as ship, it does not mean the shipper has handed over your package to the courier. It can sit for days at the shipper's warehouse.

An absolute Failure of a processing centre.
Don not order ANY product that has to pass through the Richmond.

Who knows.
But, whoever is in charge of this facility is bad at their job.

I mail a tracking packet to the USA on Monday and on Tuesday it was on its ways to USA. It was delivered on Thursday and only 3 day it took.

I just received a pkg that was mailed to me from the US just over a year ago. Now i'm waiting for another pkg from the US, so far it's been held up by customs for over a week. Crossing finger's this pkg won't end up like the last, lost and forgotten.

The facility either 'stole' or "lost" my washing machine that i ordered from amazon that was shipped from ont.well its been close to a month now and my tracking info says the "agent" picked up the package and thats the last i ever heard of it.

The following Monday I receive Tuesday and Thursdays orders. Then the next day I receive Monday's package. Now Wednesday's package says its still in Richmond? Makes no sense.

Doing a bbb complaint and going to be contacting my lawyers! Packages constantly being lost. No call backs! Horrible customer service! Get the run around 24/7! This facility is horrible! Dont respond by your sorry and try to save face! Its too late!

My parcel has been processing here for 9 days now and has not moved. I put in a service ticket but I probably won't get my item. I have to wait until Christmas to see if they deliver >: (it's a parcel for my business because I need to make money. I know it's a busy time of the year but I ordered other items before this parcel that went through the same facility and I received them already. The phone customer service is not helpful. They can't even go check on a parcel, they just do not care and will leave it sitting like its not their business. I ordered this stuff long ago. It should not take 9 days to process an item through 1 facility. Get your facility together.

Two of my parcels have shipped in November and no update since Dec 6 after it shows picked up by Canadapost Richmond. Seems like the processing center is shut down entirely. No tracking update, no support. Ghost plant.

I don’t really think people are reading what they are doing when they get the package. They legit have to go and deliver it themselves. Which is not needed, since they could just send it to another postal facility closer to your home, and not go through the extra work. (That’s why some/most of you don’t get updates on your package)

Package went from China to Canada faster than it did from BC to Ontario. Package is still "In Transit".

I bought a PS VITA from Ebay and its been sitting in Vancouver Processing Centre since April 4 why the heck is it still there, are you guys are going to do something about it?

Always takes forever at the richmond B. C plant. Every fricking order takes weeks to get to Winnipeg from B. C. I hate Canada post.

Absolute joke.packages sit in Processing centres for more than a week? What the hell is going on at these places? Figure it out.calls itself a "delivery" service.the online reviews should give you an idea of how well oiled this machine is.

The delivery staff just don't care wether your package is very important or not.they won't ring your doorbell and just leave your package in the open.

Packages end up sitting for days on end. I pay extra for fast shipping (2-4 days) and it’s been 12 days.just sitting in the processing facility. For some unknown reason it took 3 days to get from Calgary to Richmond. Now I have to wait for it to get to the Island.

Sent Canada Post flat rate box for Holiday gifts Dec 11 2019 to Vancouver Island from Ontario - at Richmond processing centre since Dec 26 until today Jan 13,2020.the update says out for delivery. Must have been really busy this is longest time I have ever experienced.

I have a flight today and I can't take this with me.

I called hoping to track a book shipped to me three weeks prior. I had no tracking number as it was shipped via regular mail. After selecting this and that to get to the Customer Service Dept, I was stranded by the system because I couldn't enter a tracking number. I tried to get to a human voice to see what other options I had without a tracking number and none were available and finally the system hung up on me with "goodbye"! I don't know how they call that Customer Service Department

Not even 1 star... On Sep 27/19 I mailed an item via Express Post from Toronto - guaranteed overnight delivery (extra cost) to Vancouver. It is now Oct 3 and I have been told this facility has 'lost' the package. Just great - it only contained time sensitive documents required by the Canadian Embassy on Oct 1 and now my family is faced with very serious challenges. I have no confidence in Canada Post after this fiasco. Contacting ombudsman

Waiting for a package since Sep. 26th from this facility, it said it would deliver on Oct. 1, but not any update since Sep. 26th, and it's been 6 days passed expected delivery. Customer service couldn't tell where it's and when will it be found. Lost a lot of business opportunities because of that! Disappointed and helpless!

Canada post has cost me over a $1000 because they failed to meet a delivery deadline. I will never send an important document with them ever again. I have no trust in this company and they are a complete joke!

I am still waiting for a parcel that they say I should have received Feb 5/19! Parcel still not delivered even though they already delivered a parcel from the same sender to the same address! When I contact them they can.t tell me where it is or why not delivered! Now have to contact sender to launch an investigation! Bogus Beareaucratic BS! Very disappointing service! Even after contacting "Customer Service"

This facility is a joke. Packages will sit in sorting for days, if not weeks before being sent out. It's completely ridiculous, and unacceptable, especially on Big Ticket items that cost a lot of money to ship Express. I believe that this facility should be demolished, everybody working there fired, and blacklisted from working for Canada Post, with all of the packages that were headed there redirected to better, more competently managed facilities.

This location and a handful of others make Canada Post employees seem like they're bitter, lazy, entitled, spiteful beings, deliberately dragging their feet for not winning their strike.
