Alright, it was my first time using a dry cleaning service in Vancouver and I chose this busy bee dry cleaners on Canada way. The reason why I chose this place is that the owner impressed me with her carefulness and kindness. One day after my dental appointment next door, I saw this place and walked in for getting a quote. Amazingly she gave me a very decent quote for my Moose Knuckles parka which is the cheapest in Vancouver I have ever heard. Plus, the cleaning only took 2-3 days which is also the quickest when compared to other dry cleaning stores’ 1-2 weeks. I understand some dry cleaners don’t have machines so what they do is to send garments to a professional dry cleaning factory. It takes time therefore. In the end, their after-service is stunning as well as my parka came with a hanger and a plastic cover. What a premium service!

Absolutely recommend anyone to come here. I was desperate for last minute wedding dress alterations and they were done perfectly and so quickly for incredibly reasonable price. Made my high stress week so much smoother. 100/10!

Today I went to pick up my cotton pants which I had given for wash and ironing and the bill showed $14.00 which I believe is astronomical even taking into account the recession we are all going through. Recently I also found the price of alternations at this location to be extremely high. I used to love this place which is literally next door to my address but I rarely go now as I cannot afford the prices anymore.

Professional and friendly service. Reasonable price. Mine was supposed to be done in 2 days but was done in just 1 day. Anne is really friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

My father’s suits and dress shirts were returned with broken buttons, stained, and clearly not cleaned properly (if at all). Very expensive and designer items returned in worse condition, right before they were to be worn to a wedding. Absolutely unacceptable.

This has been my ONLY go to dry cleaners for awhile now! They are beyond amazing! They can get any stain out as well as turning out perfectly pressed garments! Prices are good too.

I find the prices are a bit on the higher side, but quality is great! Also they usually finish faster then they advertise. Thank you, will be coming back!

I wish they can give me a more accurate quote next time. I brought in two hiking shoes in the beginning, the staff told me it would be $30-$40 for each pair of shoes. However, when I picked them up, they charged me $140 in total.

They ask for your sign off if they think the outcome could be less than perfect, before going ahead with the job - as I see it, that's responsibility and service over profits! I highly recommend them.

I was looking for a dry cleaner by my house and this one popped up. They were super friendly and great customer service. I dropped off my coat right when they opened and despite them telling me it was going to be 2-3 days, it was ready in the same day! The prices are reasonable too! Highly recommend!

I'm down here for work and having my laundry done in a timely manner is important. I like the service and friendliness.

I used their new drop box service yesterday and I could not be more pleased. They have an app to use the dropboxes. I was able to drop off my items in a secure location in under a minute. I received notifications as they processed my items and when they were ready to pick up. The app again automated the pick up and I done in about 30 seconds.

I've been going to Busy Bee for quite a few years and although I live in New West, I believe they are the best in the city at what they do. Recently, I had one of my shirts altered and there was a slight mishap. Any case, long story short. Sheryl and her team were extremely professional, kind apologetic and took ownership for the mistake. They also went much out of there way to make it right. Their team and operations is extremely professional. I will continue to use them for years to come.
