Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites Kamloops

I couldn't have asked for a better experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, the room was
spacious and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. I
will definitely be returning in the future!

DO NOT and I say this with everything stay at Canadas Best Budget Inn and suites in Kamloops they will take $$ after you leave, they don’t clean as they turn the sheets inside out also they don’t clean anything ever it’s gross it’s the same owners as the Ramada so check check reviews please before you stay at either of these places!

This is not based off of one night. This is many, many nights worth. Clean enough but it's a dive. Better than Rodeway at least. Staff are friendly

If you like cheap run down hotels this is your place. Room smelled like stale smoke. No shower curtain. Stuffed a pizza box on the front window so the street lights wouldn’t keep the room lit up at night. AC didn’t work. Very dirty inside definitely don’t take your shoes off. Spend a few extra bucks and get a real hotel.

Nice rooms, especially for the price range. Clean bedding, Front desk guy seemed nice. Not much around the area, but downtown Kamloops is fairly close.

The first room I saw was nice. So we went back. And the second room was so disgusting and dirty.

The room was quite nice and also very clean. They had a large desk which is great for office work or school work. It was also located in a good part of the city. The receptionists were also very nice.

Unfortunately this place was not a very good stop for me.was in kamloops for work stayed there.vehical was broken into had a mouse in my room the hole time I was there.and when vacated the motel they took 2 weeks to refund my money.tough to give a good review

Honestly, this place looks kind of sketchy from the outside but for the price of the room it was well worth it. Bed was comfortable, it has a fridge with freezer, small stove top and a microwave. For someone that prefers to cook while traveling this is definitely a bonus. Parking would be my only complaint as it's really clustered. There's McDonald's and other places within walking distance which is nice.

The room was very clean. I loved how parking spots were located right in front of each room; this was very conveniant. The employees were also extremly kind. This is a wonderful hotel.

Most terrible hotel stay of my life. And the rate was far too high for the condition of this filthy dirty room. I paid $161.00 inc tax. It was not even worth half of that. Thank God I was only there to sleep. If I had of known how disgusting this hotel was, I would’ve gladly spent double that at one of the ritzier places.

What I will say is facts:
We reserved a room back in early July over the phone. They never sent any confirmation email, even before we arrived we requested confirmation.
Upon arrival, the FD lady (same person who did our reservation) offered us a different room right away but did not say why, she wanted to give us another room. Nonetheless, she said for 2 days and we agreed.
We reserved a king size bed. When we entered the room, it reeked like an ashtray. You could tatse it. Appalling. My husband requested to switch rooms immediately. The "new" room had the same smell but lesser.the decor and room setting was sad. We told ourselves we're here for our event not this "hotel". They also would charge us the same rate as a lesser room (king to queen). Whatever but shady behavior.
The next day while inside our room. Someone entered the room but saw our stuff, immediately apologized and left the room. Went to the FD. Being furious to see the hotel acting so carelessly about our safety. We overheard people convos after arriving but the FD couldn't "find" the emails of reservations so they wouldn't honor the rate promised.
We talked and than left without thinking about anything more of it other

We received a phone call while at our event from the FD asking when we were going to leave? Bewildered by this. We said we have reserved the room for 2 days but they kept repeating of no confirmation email present. But we're already here they offered us the room at a $100 more than the agreed price. When we came back to handle this issue. The FD was saying it was in their right to overcharge us because they were a business. We told them that they should be ashamed of themselves.
We called all around the town but everything was book ed and forced to accept it. They baited and switched us. A horrible place to stay by our experience.
Their standards are deplorables. Would never recommend for anyone to stay there unless, well you hate them deeply.

Great value for money. Building looks a little dated, but the room we had was modern inside with a newish bathroom. Very clean as well, which is the main thing I care about. I'd recommend this accommodation.

This place is garbage. Had booked a room months in advance and when I arrived, I had been told my room had been given away. They didn't even have the decency to let me know in advance. I was traveling with 2 children as well. If I could give this place a zero, I would have. Shame! Shame!

Room was not clean and any requests for housekeeping services were not honored. Very disappointing.

The experience with this hotel was excellent. The Staff is helpful and friendly, and check-in is swift. The overall experience was good, the rooms are excellent, and the place is definitely worth a visit.
