Good place to stay, everything is easy to access. Manager is so nice and responsive.
Property is clean and neat. Hot tub makes the day better for us!

Clean and comfortable. Price is reasonable. We were so happy for staying at this hotel. Will come back again. Front desk was so good and friendly.

Location was perfect, walking distance to 7/11, pub next door, grocery store a block away

Yall idk why this is a low rated place. Service was fantastic, was a super last minute booking (like called at 10pm for a room that night) and buddy was a gem helping me out. Room was super clean, nice washroom. Great price

The property is in tatters. Very dirty. Dirty carpets, broken door latches, torn lamp shades, missing bulb in room, dust every where, broken cupboard. The room was not prepared for the guest arrivals. The coffee pouches, creamer and sugar not refilled. One disposable cup for 4 guests. The coffee pot was dusty. The tissue box in the had barely any tissue left. No one bothered to check before giving the room to the guest. Hardly any staff members available. We had to call the incharge multiple times to get everything. He helped when asked. The plastic chairs in the balcony were so dirty that it gives creeps. The bath tub was dirty, and chipped at many places. There was a cigarette stub left on the window (non-smoking room). And many more such issues. Should have taken pictures to show the pathetic condition. The so called manager is never there. Always left a note on the door to call him while he is out on his personal errands. Horrible experience. I wish I could rate this place in Negatives! I wonder if anyone from health and safety department ever does any inspection here. I rate this place and the services (and the casual attitude of the staff) a"-10"!

This place has bedbugs, Cockroaches, Animal Flees, No working internet, No working pool or Hottub, Expensive rooms for how bad the furniture wallpaper and floor tiling is, Bad English speaking Manager, Lazy Manager that is never at the office, Mold and asbestos in the walls, Terrible Service, Pool doors left unlocked passed it's closing time, Pool and Hottub are beyond cold, Never clean towels or bedding, Homeless people allowed to dumpster dive on the property/go through the Guests properties and ashtrays. This place should honestly just be demolished at this point.keep your dogs or furry animals Far from this place!
Don't tell the owner about your problems neither, he might just kick you out and pretend nothings wrong!

The guy at the front desk was accommodating but there are bed bugs and cockroaches everywhere. The place was not properly cleaned and the bed underneath was falling apart. There are broken bulbs and uncleaned appliances aswell as hair around.

My friends and I stayed here recently. Nothing they advertise was true. No breakfast, pool was ice cold, supposed to be heated, hot tub was dirty and jets weren’t working. Rooms were clean enough but very run down with stains and cracks on floors and bathtub.manager was never here when we needed him and didn’t seem to care when we complained about cockroaches in our rooms.internet was horrible and slow. Never will stay there again.

Their website says pet friendly, but when I call to book the room they refuse. We just evacuate our home due to the wildfire. Just terrible.

Service was excellent, they waited for us when we arrived late. The proximity to everything was perfect. The only thing we don't like, there's flies in the room (2to3), but overall it was a pleasant stay.

This is the worst hotel experience I’ve EVER had. We drove 4 Hours to rent a $1700 2 bedroom suite and when we showed up the manager brought us to the room to show us bugs were in there. So he moved us to a 2 bed room with a kitchen. WITHOUT GIVING US ANY MONEY BACK! The kitchen has no dishes no cutlery no towels nothing. We had to get the kids to sleep on the floor. If that wasent bad enough the room next to us is dope dealers they had people coming in and out the entire night. NEXT TO MY ROOM WITH NY CHILDREN. We went to the pool and there’s junkies passed out right Infront of the door. We’ve brought these concerns to the manager and he told us it’s our fault we don’t want to stay in the room with bugs. They won’t give us any of our money back. The air conditioner is so rattled and broken it kept us up the entire night. DONT EVER WASTE UR TIME AND MONEY COMING TO THIS PLACE! ITS DISGUSTING!

Unless you like sleeping with cockroaches and other bugs, was instantly welcomed to this little gem with these guys, was able to snap a pic before they all disappeared in to the walls and under the beds, immediately left the premises

Great location. It was not very clean. Was odd that on a Sunday, the office was not open till 9 am. The website stated there was a free breakfast none was offered.

It quite Ok for Its class with The value and function. Clean for sure just smelt like A worker room hv to be ready for that. Changed name become Cropper Mountain In

Great location right off the hwy 97. Washer and dryer available 24/7. Affordable, which is why I chose this hotel to begin with. Staff very friendly, Manish is the manager and he was available day and night. He performed special requests and even gave me his personal number in case I needed anything. Great experience

Stay far away! We checked in with a group of friends and multiple rooms had bed bugs and were not cleaned properly. The smell was so strong and just felt dirty. Honestly the grossest place I have been to. The BBQ common area was dirty defiantly needed a good pressure wash and wipe down. The most astonishing part, the front desk employee claimed the couch infested with bed bugs just came from the basement and even checked another couple into the same room half an hr later. There were mattresses and box springs outside in the parking lot which I would assume were infested as well. The employee also took payment before we checked into our room so it was a fight to get reimbursed back.we checked out an hr later.

The manager is a nice person willing to help make your stay good.

Pool, sauna and hot tub worked and are enjoyable after a long day at work.

A very spacious property, perfect inside and outside. Very clean, with a lot of towels and bed sheets. The manager was so friendly and responsive. The area was very nice and safe too. I would like to stay all the time when will get chance to come in the town.

Great place to live, comfortable beds, the way we found the cleaning in rooms made us to stay happy. Hospitality from Manish was awesome and he is so helpful with everything you needs. It’s decent place to live as everything is nearby and the price was reasonable and we got chance to go to hot tub and swimming pool, positive point was that manager allowed us to stay in pool and hot tub after closing time as well and he came late to close the door.

Come and stay at Canadas Best Value Inn if you want Bed bugs, Filthy Sheets, Cockroaches, Power surges, And almost NON of the services they say they provide. Being Complimentary breakfast, A Pool, Hot tub and Sauna (A cleaned & or maintained one at least), not every room excepts Pets, which kind of goes against being "Pet Friendly" If you need to pay for a larger room just to carry your furry fellows. The owners are terrible and angry people who don't seem to care about the well being of people who stay here nor the Hotel itself, The Manager here seems to have no idea what is even going on! Like c'mon, There's a sticky note on the door saying "Be back soon" Every time you visit the office. All though this place is disgusting and vile like i have stated, I will say if you would rather not sleep on the streets, then it's an alright pick. I won't be going back that's for sure!

Didn't even get the key to this hole of a room. I was discriminated against harshly for no reason. Go home, rags.
