Tony’s fun teaching method took the stress out of learning but this method was balanced by his penchant for making sure you got it right. Some people may say he is picky about getting sequences and methods right but I think I would rather he was picky than having someone picking up pieces of me due to firearms negligence!

Tony from the Canadian Firearm Academy is absolutely awesome! His knowledge of firearm safety and handling is top-notch. Not only does he keep things safe and serious, but he also brings a great sense of humor to the class. Tony's energy and enthusiasm kept everyone engaged and pumped up throughout the training. Tony is not at all what I suspected, but in an entirely good way. Where I expected a possibly dry, high-school-class-like atmosphere, I was shown anything but. Tony has a constant focus on safety, constantly reinforcing the idea that the most important thing to do at any time is ensure your firearm is safe.

Tony does a great job of using humour to keep people engaged, and I never once felt bored. He's thorough, and to lighten up what could otherwise be a monotonous tread through the history of firearms, his humour keeps people interested and listening.

You will get a lot of hands on experience with (deactivated, safe) firearms, which is incredibly invaluable. As each day goes on you feel more and more that you understand and can safely engage with firearms in the future.

Thank you again Tony, I really appreciate your dedication to teaching people not just what is required, but far and beyond how to be safe around firearms.

The course I took was very good and the instructure made sure that we learned the practical lesson of handling firearms with full emphasis on gun safety. We didn't leave the class room until he was absolutely positive that we are ready

Tony is great instructor. I have learned alot about firearm handling and safety. The practical training is best training I ever get. I would recommend everyone to do firearm course with Canadian Firearms Academy. Course fee is way less then other instructors in the market.

Tony was very helpful in showing proper firearm safety; As well as creating an engaging atmosphere and answering any questions I or others had. He is a great instructor, 5/5 stars.

Tony is an excellent firearms instructor. I had no previous firearms experience, and now I am confident in handling multiple different firearms. He is very detail oriented, personable, and easy going, which made taking the courses with him easy and memorable. I just completed the CFSC/CRFSC over the weekend and cannot recommend Tony enough. Tony is extremely knowledgable and experienced in this field. I really enjoyed his teaching style as it was fun and engaging. As well, he is very strict with the handling of the firearms (which is a good thing) and also encourages you to speak up/asks questions. For anyone looking to complete any firearms course, please do it with Tony.

I completed CFSC and CRFSC courses recently and recommend the CFA training and training facility. Tony is a highly knowledgeable instructor and although strict at times, he has a good sense of humor.
