Canadian Linen & Uniform Service

Invoice is wrong 90% of the time. Have called in to correct it on a near weekly basis. It’s so annoying. Being overcharged as a norm. Somebody should take this company to court.

We have worked with Canadian linen across our 19 locations since the 90's and they have always been great to work with. Our account rep Kathy especially, she is always available and ready to correct an issue if something does arise.

The service is excellent, our driver Blerton is very accommodating and friendly and the sales team is very quick to respond and is very helpful

The staff are super friendly. I have always enjoyed the level of professionalism from everyone when they would service our mats and mops.

They deliver on time with regular frequency and are almost always accurate! When their are challenges, the CSRs take extra steps to make things right

I dumped Cintas for Canadian Linen and man did I regret it. Canadian Linen tops the list of the worse companies that I work with. They signed me up and disappeared on me.terrible services. I would never go back to them once I cancel this contract.

We use Canadian Linen at our work.great service and the man who comes to our building named Michael Da Silva it a top notch human being.

Driver has forgotten to take dirty uniforms/linen for 2 weeks in a row, resulting in uniform shortages for staff and having to call for extra spare uniforms until rotation gets back to normal.

Very disappointed in the service when it comes to damaged garments coming back not repaired, missing buttons and rips. Send in the same garment multiple times with a repair "tag" and still not fixed. Need a better quality control system.
