I would personally like to thank the professional Team at Canadian Security Professionals for the Wonderful Work They Did upgrading my alarm. In the past i had ADT/Telus for 4 years and the alarm system maybe worked properly for 1 year out of the 4. I was extremely impressed by their installer Dominic. After 4 years of many ADT/Telus techs coming to my house, he was the first one that actually knew what he was doing. A true professional and his knowledge of alarm systems and quality of work is impressive. For once my entire alarm system finally works now and i thank him for making things right. Account manager Katie was also extremely helpful and worked hard to get everything done and at a price i was happy with. Overall i would honestly recommend Canadian Security Professionals to anyone.

I called CSP to ask about replacing our old DSC alarm system. Katie was very knowledgeable and provided good advice. I eventually went with a wireless alarm system which is great as it comes with a mobile app. Dominic came to install the alarm. He was efficient and gave suggestions on where to install the motion sensors. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend to check out CSP!

Great customer service from Katie, extremely knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted and only recommended the products I needed. A neighbour had been broken into in our rural area, which prompted the decision for an security system ASAP. Canadian Security Professionals were not only the best to deal with, they were the best deal too and our security system was promptly installed within a week of my first call to them. The installer Dominic was fast and friendly and left no mess behind. I feel much better knowing our house is protected when we’re not there as well as sleeping more soundly when we are, especially when my husband is working night shift. I would highly recommend this company!

Most pleased with our initial contact person who provided us with all the information we needed to make a decision. The installer was most professional and friendly. He provided us with all the info needed to operate the security system and even provided us with the opportunity to practise before leaving.

Katie and David at Canadian Security Professionals displayed the most professionalism of all the companies I contacted. The offer was the best of the market with top notch security equipment that felt that we were going into the new golden age of alarm system with more flexibility that I was anticipating. This has opened new avenues of doing things in relation to the building (like issuing user codes ourselves including temporary ones) and the events we are holding. The lifetime warranty means they will always be there to fix anything and maintain it when needed which is likely not before 5 years. I strongly recommend this system to save money (even on your home insurance), time and improve security.

Katie the CSP general manager was very nice and helpful. The technician was good that installed our alarm system and John at the CSP telephone help line was very outstanding in helping us.

Looking into a system for my parents and their rental property, Katie answered all of my questions and reassured me at every turn — she really understood how important my family is to me and I really loved that. If this had an option for 6 out of 5 stars I would give her 6/5

Highly recommend to friends and family! I love having the ability to change panel volume and phone app for arming/disarming. Any questions I have had were answered right away. There is peace of mind knowing it is 100% Canadian in all aspects.

A lovely person knocked on my door one cold rainy evening. So glad I was home. The promo was offered. No pressure at all to get the package. Very professional and accomodating. The device was hooked up within 2 days by an expert installer. Went through the system (very user friendly) with installer and was quite satisfied with the alarm system. I can use my mobile app / remote to arm or disarm. Check status when I am away from home. I got help from technician to connect my wifi indoor camera. Very patient and quite knowledgeable. I am quite pleased with the entire staff and my new alarm system! I will (no doubt) highly recommend this company!
