Cande Bridal Boutique

This was my least favourite experience of the 3 Kelowna stores I hit this day. Nothing was terrible, we just felt like the salesperson asked a lot of questions but not for the purpose of figuring out what style I liked. “what store did you go to, did you find dresses you liked? This dress would be $1500, what was the cost of the dresses at the other stores? What is the next store you’re going to? ” It cost $30 to try on dresses here for an 1.5hr appointment and after 50 minutes she told me “I’ve brought you everything you might like” which was strange. I wasn’t really able to verbalize what I did and didn’t like about dresses but I never came off as picky or disappointed with what she put me in.

Our first visit to try on dresses was wonderful. The problems started at the first fitting appointment. No one was there for the appointment. I had my daughter try on the dress anyways since she had travelled from Vancouver for the fitting. We discovered that they had made the completely wrong top in the wrong size. So we made another appointment for a fitting a month later and instead of making a new top she was measured with the sample, that sample was then tailored to fit her (at full price) then we came back a few weeks later and picked up the top. It seemed fine. The day of the wedding she realized that she couldn’t lift her arms without the top coming right up. So two hours before the wedding we rushed to find a top to wear with the skirt. I reached out with an email with no response. I feel as wedding professionals they should have made sure the top was perfect. I spent almost $3000 for a dress that was only half useable. Plus the extra trips for fittings. I really believe I should not have paid full price for a used sample top. I am myself in the wedding industry as a baker. I will never recommend this bridal store

I have tried on wedding dresses at 4 different stores, and this one was hands down the best experience I had! The shop was intimate and the girl helping us was incredible! I will hands down be getting my wedding dress here.

We recently tried on dresses at Cande Bridal and it was such an incredible experience. The dresses were absolutely stunning, the sizes were inclusive, and all around it was just a gorgeous and lovely place to be. This was the best experience we've had in Kelowna so far. Sweet Masha helped me find my dream dress at Cande, she is absolutely the BEST. She made me feel so beautiful and she picked out exactly the kinds of dresses I had in mind to try on, if I could give 10/5 stars for her I would. The whole vibe that the Cande Bridal Boutique has is wonderful, I love that it’s a private appointment and you are the only one in the store. It made the appointment feel so relaxed and since I had my baby son with me I didn’t have to stress when he cried that I was disrupting other brides. Such an amazing experience, I felt so beautiful and I couldn’t say enough good things about this place. So glad I found my perfect dress here and I can’t wait to get married in it <3

I did have a good experience at Cande and would recommend future brides to go there. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars as the sample dresses that were there were way too small for me. I would encourage more size inclusiveness as it was hard for me to fall in love with a dress that I felt squished in and would have to order in to see if I did in fact love it. But other than that Big Shout Out to Marsha! She was incredibly kind and very helpful.

Kelsey and Chelsea were so amazing to deal with! They picked dresses I never in a million years would have considered first glance and was so in love with them! They made the whole process so fun and easy and I am so happy with my experience!

I don't have enough good things to say about my experience with Cande Bridal. They were my first appointment on my dress shopping journey and honestly should have been my only appointment. Cande provides an exclusive shopping experience, where you are the only priority, you are the only bride during your appointment time. I walked in a little nervous with no idea what I liked or what I wanted in a dress. Chelsea was my consultant and did an incredible job narrowing down what I liked/didn't like to really tailor my experience just by asking gentle questions with each dress I tried on. She was my number one hype girl, she truly cared about making me feel comfortable in my skin and in each dress I tried on. Look no further, shop no more - book an appointment at Cande.

I had a great experience at Cande Bridal! My consultant Michelle picked out amazing gowns for me to try on. She listened to what I wanted and she found a gown that incorporated everything I wanted and more! I had so much fun!

This was the very first store I went to when I started my dress shopping experience. I only partially knew what I wanted and I was very nervous for my appointment. I must say that I am SO happy this is where it all began.
First off the store is beautiful! It’s also a very private experience with only your group and no other shoppers in store which helped a lot with my nerves. The girls were AMAZING and so much fun and immediately made me feel comfortable. They took all my ideas and were able to help sort out what exactly I was looking for. They know how to make you feel beautiful and kept every step of the experience lively and fun. I highly recommend this store!

Honestly one of the most precious memories of the whole wedding planning process originated from entering this incredible boutique. The staff Chelsea and Kelsey were incredible and made this experience unique and all the more enjoyable! I can’t emphasize how amazing it is to have people that are able to match + enhance your vision of the perfect dress and then also juggle all the personalities of the group that you bring with you. Every single one of my family and FaceTimed-in friends felt included and were in awe of the range of beauty and style of these stunning dresses. Definitely would 110% recommend!

I was initially intimidated by the whole wedding dress shopping experience. Cande Bridal completely turned that around for me into an exciting and FUN process. Adriana was supportive, generous with her time, and genuine. She had a good read on what I liked and what worked for my body, and each dress that she carefully chose for me to try on were so true to my style. If you are in the market for a dress, I recommend Cande Bridal hands down!

I visited Cande Bridal Boutique third, and last, in a weekend of wedding dress shopping from out of town. While the other boutiques I visited earlier were very nice and the consultants helpful and professional, the “experience” in the first two stores paled in comparison to the experience I had at Cande. From the moment we walked in the door, we had the whole place to ourselves and were allowed and even encouraged to look through the dresses (something actively disallowed at the other stores.) Our consultant, Chelsea, was so friendly, funny, and personable that it made it feel like I was wedding dress shopping with the help of a friend, rather than a stranger.

Before coming to Cande, I was struggling to find a wedding dress that felt “right” and the other stores didn’t seem to have much within my budget that I liked. However, after only a few moments at Cande, our consultant Chelsea had pulled several dresses I liked far better than anything I saw at the previous two stores. I felt like Chelsea really listened to what I wanted and selected so many beautiful choices for me that I honestly could have bought and been thrilled with 3 or 4 dresses I tried on that day. I eventually narrowed it down to one choice, and I am so excited to try it on again in a few months’ time. I would highly recommend Cande Bridal Boutique to anyone looking for a beautiful dress and cannot say more about how much I loved my experience there!

I went to Cande Bridal Boutique for my first bridal dress appointment and I’ll forever be grateful for it. Chelsea was amazing in so many ways, and made my experience truly something to remember.

Cande was by far the best experience I had looking for a wedding dress in the Okanagan. Adriana and Chelsea were both so amazing, welcoming and helpful as someone who wasn’t sure what silhouette or style they wanted. The dress selection was amazing and perfectly curated - they had beautiful options in almost every style. Highly recommend as your first (or only) stop!

It was an amazing experience I had so much fun with my bridesmaids also Alex is wonderful she knew exactly what I wanted and made me feel really comfortable. The dresses are Gorgeous. We would’ve loved to have some champagne to cheers for the special day tho. But definitely I highly recommend this boutique!

I’m a little late writing this review as I had an appointment at Cande Bridal in the middle of March. However, my experience at Cande Bridal was everything I had hoped it would be. I went to my appointment having no idea what I wanted but Alex and Chelsea were extremely helpful and listened to everything I had to say. The options were endless! The dress I chose was 1 of the first 2 I tried on but they still took the time to find multiple other dresses and styles to try on just to be sure. When I was starting to become a bit overwhelmed from all the dresses I was trying on, they had me try on 2 dresses that I would never pick, just to give my mind a break and to have a little additional fun! I would definitely 100% recommend Cande Bridal to everyone; the space is beautiful, the options felt endless, and the girls were amazing and we had lots of fun!

Adriana was a huge reason why I ended up buying a dress from this shop (and, I found a unique dress I wasn’t able to find anywhere else!) Her warm greeting, her patience, being flexible, and friendly went a long way with me. Her customer service was so wonderful from the moment I tried it on, to picking it up.

Cande Bridal was the best experience I had at any wedding dress store! I felt so comfortable and relaxed in the environment. Chelsea was absolutely amazing! She chose dresses for me that I never pictured myself in and she was so right! I felt beautiful! I loved her sense of humor and kind spirit! The dresses were stunning and fair and reasonably priced! I am so grateful I got to have such a fun experience dress shopping!

Loved every minute of being in this studio! Chelsea was fantastic to work with and made it such a memorable experience. Can't forget that the gowns were absolutely breathtaking. Would 100% recommend to other brides:)

Absolutely amazing experience! I´ve been wedding dressing shopping for the past 9 months around Vancouver, the Fraser Valley and the Okanagan and I can without a shadow of a doubt say this place offers not only the most original and diverse collection but the best service.

Adri the manager understands the stresses of the moment and really works to make the experience memorable. We brought champagne and we were not only welcome to have it but offered glasses and ice for it.

The staff are clearly educated in fashion and customer success, they truly understood my vision and the wedding focus, helped me narrow down dresses to look through and try that were within my budget. They even made me realize I had a missconception about certain styles. I didn't feel pressured for anything at all and actually found my dress during the appointment!

I would recommend this place over any other a million times, I am very grateful for everything they´ve done!

I love everything about this place as they had so many options when booking an appointment from a private room to VIP service! The selection is great, so don't bother going anywhere else!

Very disappointing. I visited this bridal shop on 2 different occasions and each time I left feeling irritated and manipulated. Definitely not the emotions you expect to have when shopping for your dream dress. Unfortunately they care more about making money than providing an enjoyable experience for the bride. Do not recommend.

The boutique is has an absolutely stunning selection of dresses, and is absolutely adorable! If you are in the market for a wedding or any bridal party dress, you should check it out.
