Highly recommend Adventure Den from daycare to over night boardings. They took care of both my dogs for two weeks while we went on vacation and my Frenchie isn’t the nice or easiest to handle but everyone handled him extremely well. My dog Grape can barely wait to get in the door when I drop him off, so I know it's an experience he enjoys. He always comes home tuckered out, and all the staff seem like genuine dog lovers who have all made a personal connection with Grape.
From what I can tell adventure den has the largest play areas of all the daycares in Vancouver, and I love that there is indoor and outdoor space for the dogs. The online reservation system is really easy to use, and I like the option to get a bath or nail trim done as well.
I'm very grateful for this daycare service and would highly recommend it to any dog (or cat) parent for daycare or boarding!

Thank you for keeping me up to date with texts and pictures. I’m a pretty anxious doggy parent, but they’ve managed to keep me calm.

Marley is an older dog and has been limping, they took my requests seriously and kept him away from the hyper dogs and kept him cool, calm, and collected. Truly appreciate the expertise and level of care.

They take amazing care of my dog, both for daycare and for boarding, and the associated shuttle service K9Links is reliable and trustworthy.

Dropped off my dog late in the evening and totally forgot to give the staff his food, they were kind enough to send me a text and allowed me to come drop off his food past midnight. Love the convenience of the facility being open 24 hours. My dog came home tired and happy. Great service!

2023 Update; The convenient hours and new ownership made me give Adventure Den another chance. While there still seems to be a lot of dogs, the staff seem more on top of them and take Lucca's nature into consideration.

If you have a friendly, super social dog that needs minimal attention, this is the place for you. According to their social media, they have a great outdoor space where they engage dogs with bubbles and pools. If you have a socially awkward, nervous dog, who needs some regularity and comfort, this is not the place. We have a Formosan Mountain dog and she loved her last daycare (which closed), and does not like large packs of dogs. I was attracted by the thought of the activities but did not realize they packed so many dogs into the space. We've repeatedly expressed that she may be overwhelmed and stressed by the amount of dogs, and have had little reassurance that she is enjoying herself. Everytime we ask how she did that day, we receive the same response; "she played". One employee told me there was 80 dogs there and they were too busy to address my concerns.
I really wanted to like this place and it was highly recommended, but if you don't have a Golden Retriever or Lab, it might not be the place for your dog either.

10/10 would recommend. They treat my doggo so well everytime and she always comes back happy and tired.

Very comfortable for dogs but not good for cats, they kept them like a prisoner with facility but cats have no outdoor facilities even they can't see outdoor view, it's very cruelty for them

My pups had a great visit to the Den with care from wonderful staff. They came home happy and relaxed.

Urban play den is perfect for my high energy dog! Lots of pals and other huskies there to keep her entertained. She comes home tired and satisfied. Great yappy hour rates and options to book last minute. 24 hr operation means there’s lots of flexibility to book for the time you need.

I was recommended to this location by another boarding service due to the length of time that I required. They were very accommodating and had a price structure that works very well the longer a pet needs to stay. I had them watch my cat Snow for over a month, and she is in perfect condition. She also had no issues readjusting to being back home. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to board their pets.

My one dog has separation anxiety and hates to be away from me. When I take her to Adventure Den she runs right in without a backwards glance so they must be doing something right! The only downside is having to text someone to drop off and pick up your dog.

This was my dogs 3rd visit and she couldn't wait to get in there she has made many friends and she can't wait to go back

Lovely daycare! The pups enjoy it and it's open early enough and late enough that I can drop off and pick up.
