Lucy Gleason hit the nail on the head, since ownership change the last 3 trips there for me were very underwhelming. Very “deadpan” atmosphere, the counter person who might be the manager seems to almost not want to be there. If you know what you want great if not good luck, zero sales initiative.gave it 3 chances, I won’t be back.

Budtender had no desire to be there!
The look on her face when we walked in made me want to turn right around and leave! No help, no smile!

Very knowledgeable, great attitudes and sometimes ready with my usual when they see me. All in all a wonderful place to shop.

That staff are friendly and funny, everytime I go there they make me feel comfortable about my purchase. I recommend stopping by and checking out all there amazing products and knowledgeable staff.

Good selection knowledgeable staff. In an ever increasing market more and more people act like they know something because they are behind a counter at a dispensary. Not these folks. They know their stuff. I am not sure how they are all so educated but they are. Keep up the good work.
Update to five stars. I found oz of decent Indica there for $115. Super smart idea being able to compete w street prices. The five stars is for the owners care and respect about our reviews and making 50CC a better place to shop even though it's already really good. Thanks again owner and staff.

Was very dissatisfied with the service provided by cannabis connection tonight the 2 young lady's seemed to be off in there own world when asked about carts they said they don't have the one I'm looking for then when trying to ask about which tips are the tips for my brand of pen they stared at me blankly so I moved onto asking for bud thej I was rudely told they don't carry those brands of carts knowing I've purchased the same eighths plenty of times before I spent reguslrsly 140$ on my 2 eighths after tax and am now contemplating if I want to be treated the same way the next time I come out I transfered my business to your company when I was served in the same manner at your competitors across the street please have a chat with these young ladies about there customer service and knowledge of products before you lose this faithful customer!

**Update** maybe it was a bad day can't hold it on everyone was back in over the course of the weekend and was impressed with the service of the young man behind the counter on-top of the girls setting aside a specific vape cart for me thanks again CC will definitely keep recommending you and coming back through in the future!

I was a couple bucks short for the cart j wanted, and the staff were very kind and helped me out! Excellent customer service, definitely my new first choice in Chilliwack when I come!

The store is nice and the staff are friendly but the product is questionable. Bought a pack of 3 pre-rolled joints and they were so dry they wouldn't burn even and they tasted like the home boge dubbies we used to sell for 2 bucks in high school

Had an issue with a product that was leaking. I called back and they not only remembered me they were extremely helpful and immediately exchanged the product for another, something they didnt have to do. Everytime I've come in the staff has been knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming. It took a long time for the Fraser Valley to get a licensed dispensary but the wait was worth it with the opening of Cannabis Connection.

Came in today from Mission with high hopes to come home to extreme disappointment.

The staff were super friendly (which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1) and seemed to be helpful but after explaining the issue I’ve been having with underdeveloped mini seeds, the budtender seems shocked I was having that issue and was quick to recommend me some Limelight (3.5) and CBD Shark Shock (3.5) $60 in total.

I got home ground them both us to find both filled with the mini seeds. I feel completely ripped off as all they do is cause headaches, do nothing for my pain, and clog my grinder and bowl. For someone who’s been smoking seven years for pain management this is beyond disappointing.

Friendly staff and service is quick. The staff behind the counter are happy to answer any questions and are very knowledgable. This is how dispensaries should be. Welcoming and professional.

Was just there about a hour ago, the store looos great they have good variety but the two strains I got were beyond dry and crumbly and it seems as most of the flavour was lost when smoking and the smell is faint would give this weed a AA quality. One A for Look and A for box appeal. I don’t have a problem with there pricing but feel if they are going to be charging Top prices they should have top product. The weed itself is high grade but due to bad storing or curing it has ruined the flower for me. Very disappointing) :
