Great spot to grab freshly made italian bread, pastries and special cakes for all occasions. Rosa and the staff are amazing. Best cannoli’s in town

There are some good things here. But many items are on par or below what you would expect for the price. One of the servers was friendly enough but the others were aloof and one person was passively rude so didn’t much care for the experience.

I would say this, if your product is amazing and prices reflective of it then you can be as you wish but if you want to charge plus tip almost $10 for a small pastry then it better be awesome.

As for the product itself, the honore were actually frozen internally so that didn’t make me feel good about it and it wasn’t that great anyway. I wanted to order the lobster tail but decided against it as they dipped the end in chocolate and the filling was not custard (they said Italians like it with cream… er, no I’m Italian and if you get a specialty like a lobster tail it better have custard inside).

Overall not terrible, not amazing and don’t feel the need to come back.

Good coffee and super delicious and fresh pastries.
The cannoli is phenomenal.
They offer a small range but great sandwiches as well.
Their simple breakfast menu is also great

Excellent customer service at this bakery, the owner and staff very pleasant to deal with & made some amazing suggestions for the two cakes we ordered. Very fresh and delicious cakes, one was the st honore cake which everyone at the party LOVED. Hugh ot recommend italia bakery for cakes & their pastries

4$ for the most stale baguette I've ever had in my life. Had to be AT LEAST 2 days old

I’m not going to lie the pastries taste great but the person working at the front during Wednesday morning was rude and that’s one star for me. (Woman mid 50s with short hair)
The lady made a mistake with my order and I notice after I paid, she continue to said that I got what I ordered which I didn’t. I asked her to replace my order and paid the difference which it was 2 dollars, she asked me if I have cash and I said no and she continue to said that that I needed to paid $2.25 instead which I consider absurd as it was her mistake

I tried the Sicilian cannoli from Cannoli King and I must say that even if they are not like the ones from Sicily, the taste is very good. I really don't think you can find better in Vancouver, their cannoli are the most similar to the Italian ones. I highly recommend it!

Absolute great service and yummy pastries, I’ve been a few times now, the pizza dough and pizza sauce is numero uno for making the best pizza at home! So glad to have you in my neighbourhood!

Usually I absolutely love love this place. I always come here before heading home to my children. I like to get a special cake, and mixed treats. As the food is always always excellent. But today I was making my order and and my sister was behind me in line. She was skipped which we were like okay until she tried to again rudely and loudly! Had my sister in tears for a simple small order. No one deserves to be treated like that understaffed or not!

Macaroons: delightful, perfect chew at Mar 2022 visit. Had he pistachio one and the chocolate egg one. Wow. Just a few perfect bites. Just lovely.

My wife and I went in for some pastries with her sister, and my wife was almost skipped 2 times while she was in line. It was my wife and I's first time there. The older lady asked who's next and my wife spoke up, then was given attitude and rude service.

So amazing. Love the cannolis from this place. They make them up to order while you wait. I bought the dozen minis for $34 and got half vanilla half chocolate. Yum.

Cannolis were incredibly delicious. I only retracted one star because one staff member was super grumpy. Everyone has bad days. I’ll be back for sure!

Found this place 15 years ago while on a walk. Always fresh, delicious and amazing. The fruit torte never makes it back home so I’ve learned to buy two of them. The staff has always been stellar.

First time ever having Cannolis, best choice to make on a Saturday afternoon. So fresh and filled with such good ricotta filling. Will recommend and definitely be back for more! Staff is very nice and friendly as well

Horrible customer service.

I tried to order a cake online (to be picked up at this Poco location) and kept getting an error message from their website. I then phoned them to order a cake and they told me they couldn’t do it over the phone and I needed to email them. I then emailed them and the person replied to me telling me I needed to order through the website. I advised him that his website wasn’t working, that I’d phoned and that emailing was my last resort. They then completely ignored my emails. It really shouldn’t be that hard to order a cake.

Was in there a couple weeks ago looking forward to try their stuff for first time and saw the owner/baker working and chatting with customers without a mask on. Obviously no regard for public safety health measures in this stressful time. I commented on their ig site and it was deleted in minutes of course.

Wow great cannolis here. They will fill them right in front of you. Lots of flavour options too. You will not be disappointed at all. They have mini and regular size cannoli to.

A must stop when in little Italy! There’s a reason it’s called cannoli king! Other places can’t even come close! We had a bit of everything and topped it off with some classic cannoli’s. The brownies was perfect and not dry at all. The chocolate bomb was larger than expected but that’s never a bad thing! They have something for everyone, go try it out already! 10/10 would come back when I’m in nyc

Haven't tried the cannoli but i purchased a couple different types of pastry here. Most of them tasted delicious. Pretty pricy and sometimes the line is super long.
