Bad experience.

I met Leo Ronse at an open house at the home we bought and now live in.

Leo Ronse represented the seller and Cory van Santen represented us as the buyer. Both Realtors working from Wolstencroft brokerage.

Seller sent us a contract to sign with a Chinese food take out menu attached (?).

Promises were made and broken. Collusion seems likely. Realtors say/do anything to pump the deal and earn commission. I reached out to Cory, Leo, and the broker Peter to no avail. When I call Leo's office I was told "don't be upset he can't take your call, he is a busy man".
