Cantec Fire Alarms

I was not very happy. This guy came in my unit to replace my smoke detector and did not take off his muddy boots!

The communication all around was terrible. When their guys actually showed up he was so disorganized it was laughable. Then they left our parkade filthy. It looks like dirty rusty water stains all over from them "servicing" our sprinklers. Professionals show up on time and clean up after themselves! Would not recommend.

If you say you offer 24 hour service, then you actually need to answer your phone! Cantec wasn't there when we needed them so now we use somebody else.
