Wonderful, kind and effective support. On our drive from Vancouver, three warning lights appeared, one of them flashing worryingly. A local cafe staff member recommended Canyon Automotive. Sure enough, one of the mechanics immediately came out with a diagnostic panel to check the sensors (even though the garage was very busy). He found nothing problematic so reset the sensors. Canyon Automotive would not accept payment. I was so glad of their generous and valuable help.

Jeremy, Carrie, Dean and the rest of the team go above and beyond - good people with excellent skills to do the automotive-vehicle job right, hence the 5 out of 5 - well-earned.

Their hourly labour rate is currently $100. BUT, BE VERY CAREFUL. They make up the advertised low rate by taking their time to diagnose. They need AT LEAST an hour to hoist my car and look for a problem that everywhere else does in 20-30 minutes TOPS!

Reputation of good work. Have yet to even get a quote. Tried twice, and not so much as a response. Must be too busy to call a paying customer back with a yes or no. Honestly wish I could say something more positive.

The worst experience! My cars engine blew on the highway during the long weekend and Canyon was not open so the tow truck left my car there, i needed to wait for a flat bed to come grab my car since i lived 6hrs away, Canyon charged me 225 dollars to store my car which they pushed out of there lot and put my car out on the street! And on top of kicking me while i am down and shield was stolen off my motor. No compassion or an inch of respect did i receive, Thank you Canyon for a terrible experience and would never recommend you.

These guys are awesome and always accommodating. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been working for a company that runs a fleet of vehicles over the last year and we have been utilizing the services of canyon automotive. They are timely, honest, fairly priced, the mechanics are credible and good at what they do.
