Other Cap-it’s including head office were unable to help me in my situation with my Rav4. The guys at the Abbotsford location were able to get my rack installed in a timely manner and done correctly. Thank you guys!

I want to give literally two thumbs up to the people at Cap it. They went above and beyond everything. I went in to have a ball hitch removed and a different size replaced on it they did it no problem. The gentleman that I spoke with told me about my under hood fuse panel and yes I found it. He went way above anyone else. So thank you all for the absolute best service ever I’ll definitely be coming back in the near future.

Called about their Thule anti condensation mat that was on sale on their website. Guy said they were out of stock and he could see if they could order it direct from Thule for me. He took my contact info and said he’d get back to me. He never did. I ordered it direct from Thule myself and their sale price was cheaper than Cap-it’s. Their loss, my gain.

Outstanding service from this location. We called on Thursday inquiring about a Thule system. By Tuesday afternoon the Thule was installed on the car. Cap It offers outstanding customer service! Thanks Kevin & Nicky

I was in a bind - needed a very last minute trailer wiring assembly put in and they went out of their way to get it done.

Good stuff but expensive, certainly not cheap and affordable for much of masses.
Very friendly- very helpful front desk.
Purchased a OVS Bushwell Roof Top Tent for 4400 CAD - and it was dragged, loaded and damaged like this.
I would highly reccomend #capit but do compare with other options in market and if possible avoid or be careful how your equipment is being handled after sales.

I got my 2021 Ford Ranger this year and needed a new tonneau cover. I had originally order a Bak revolver x4s from a different place (large parts store not to be named) but three months after I ordered it they informed me that I may still not receive in Jan 2022. Ugh- a little more than frustrating - thats a different story to tell. They kindly gave me a refund (kudos to them for no hassle refund) and I headed straight to Cap -it in Abbotsford. I had gotten my undercover tonneau for my F150 15 years ago from there and was happy with their service then. God only knows why I didn’t go back their first this time. I ended up getting their F series cover - which is their rebranded MX4. They told me that they had it in stock at the store and had more in the warehouse (18 of them in fact). What a difference compared to the other store. I picked it up the next day and I installed the following day. And they were super helpful and friendly - just like they were 15 years ago. So yes - great experience - and absolutely fantastic that they had the right cover for my truck on hand and I didn’t have to wait.

I will be going back there for all my other truck accessory needs again. Won’t even think about trying anyone else again.

2021Oct05 - update: the bulkhead seal that Bak industries includes in the cover was not quite adequate for my application. Talked to Cap It yesterday and did a quick trouble shooting and got some rubber seal they use for canopies which would be thick enough to fit the gap of the bulkhead. And the nice thing was they didn’t charge me for it. So another kudos and shows that customer satisfaction/service is important to them. Thumbs up again!

Try cap it langley or chilliwack. They have good service, great employees, and WAY more reasonable prices. Called ahead for parts, was quoted 29.95 on the phone and when I got there, Kevin wanted to charge me double. They were the only place with the part so I just bit the bullet but Kevin has to be one of the most dishonest, condescending little t*ats alive. No idea how you guys stay in business. I guess no one cares these days about the losers companies hire.

Chris was very good at providing a fair price, was able to get me in quickly to install my tonneau cover. Excellent service and work. Would highly recommend to anybody!

Went there for gas shocks for my canopy. Great quick service and they even installed them for me. Nice friendly staff. Definitely recommend shopping here for any truck accessories you may need.

We have made multiple purchases from Cap-it Abbotsford this summer. They have bent over backwards to help get things on time, so we can enjoy our holidays with our family’s. From gas fire pits to rooftop tents. They took the time to search out a minor warranty issue on our tent and the fix has far exceeded what we expected! 55” FSR Tent is amazing!

We had cap-it Install a 5th wheel hitch on our truck. After getting the bill, which was over what they quoted us, We noticed the tailgate on our truck had been dented. We called and let them know that they dented our tailgate. They denied the allegations and told us they would review their security cameras and get back to us. After a week I called back and left a message. They still have not admitted they caused dammage to our truck even tho we have pictures of the truck 2 days before they did the install showing no dammage to the truck. If you want good honest service, AVOID CAP-IT and take your business elsewhere.

These guys at ABBOTSFORD Cap-It rock! I purchased a canopy from a different location and had numerous problems with the install/workmanship. This time around i was dealing with "unfixable" leaks in the canopy that was less than a year old. I reached out to the Abbotsford Cap-It, spoke to the owner who was friendly, professional and willing to take a look at my canopy aka swimming pool. I am extremely relieved to say that i have had zero leaks since i picked my truck up from the Abby location. I highly recommend using location!

Ladder rack tie downs broke 3 times. Lost ladder on freeway. Could a killed someone and all they said was we don't warrant those. Do not recommend.

Came in a few days before Christmas and received horrible service, wish I spent my money at the Chilliwack store which I had initially planned but was in a pinch. I had to pry for information about the Thule cargo carriers. It's as if they treat everyone as a window shopper. I had to ask "so.you going to tell me about the products you have? " after we had walked over to the display. Otherwise it was going to be a long awkward pause. Do not give these guys your business go to Chilliwack or their other stores if possible. Overall they were rude and not friendly at all.
