Fabulous customer service. We bought a cap for our Tacoma a year ago and went in today and they treated us like gold. Couldn’t say enough good things!

I purchased a canopy that was four weeks late in delivery. Turns out, the delivered canopy was the wrong size - despite several emails and phone calls I made to confirm the order stated the correct canopy size and colour. During installation, I waited in the shop for one hour before someone informed me the canopy was the wrong size. I would have simply ordered another canopy, but the sales rep didn't offer an apology or explanation, nor make any attempt to improve this outcome.

Purchased a Thule product. No complaint there. HOWEVER after purchase customer service was/is abysmal! I can't remember the last time a business forgot my request and then brushed it off as not their problem. I HIGHLY recommend for anyone to look elsewhere or a Thule product.

Tricked me out of my expensive color matched canopy in trade for a poor quality headache rack, never got my side rails or rear rack either. Don't waste your time

I came into here wanting to set up my previously purchased roof racks for my old vehicle and had literally no idea what it would take to get them on my new vehicle. The guys at this place were so helpful and told me exactly what I needed and how I could get the part because they didn't have it in stock. I acquired the piece and came back a week later to get everything installed. The guys were quick, friendly and super efficient. I'm now all set for my camping trip and I will absolutely be recommending these guys to everyone I know.

Delighted with the service I received. When I made an appointment to have a hitch receiver installed I received a very reasonable quote. I took my car in, service was friendly, prompt and on time. When I returned to pay the invoice it was less than the quote! The job took less time than they expected, and rather than charge the quoted amount, they adjusted the invoice- unexpected and much appreciated! I would definitely recommend this shop and their great and friendly staff! Thank you!

I have a discontinued Thule roof rack and unfortunately lost a plastic foot for one of the podiums. These guys knew exactly what I needed and found one for me in Yorkton, SK and saved me from having to cough up for a rack that may actually outlast my current car. THANK YOU!

Kyle was awesome to deal with through the tangential steps of trading in my old canopy (later found to be compromised due to a puncture), for a new tonneau cover and completing the ordering and installation in a very timely manner.very pleased with with the professionalism and service in spite of learning that my trade in could not be applied to the cost of the tonneau. There is no doubt that I will do business with Kyle, Jeremy et al again!

Terrible customer service, sold me a canopy for my 2019 Tacoma TRD pro and it took 2 months to arrive and it leaked. Was told by the owner that Tacoma beds leak after asking for a refund. Called two different Toyota dealerships and was told different. They said Hornby should have told me that prior to purchase and they said their truck beds do not leak. Went back to Hornby and was told to caulk it myself. Was told I would not get a refund and I was on my own to address the leaks. The leaks on a brand new $3000 dollar canopy they installed. The owner was rude and offered me nothing but attitude. So far my dog bed has been soaked as well as some boxes I was moving. I was under the assumption buying a canopy would mean a dry truck bed. Don’t buy from Hornby.

Fast friendly service I was in and out in minutes after finding my canopy locks were not functional. The cost much lower than I expected.thanks again I will be back if I ever have any hitch or canopy related needs

They were good to deal with. Canopy looks fantastic on our new service truck. Only issue we had, is we had to wait awhile for canopy, and then had to switch canopy styles half way through. Turn around time was 3-4 months, but they were very easy to deal with which kept them at a 5 out of 5 stars.
