Dealt with Clive on leaks with my cap-it canopy. Repairs were completed and provided information about how to deal with issues in the future should they occur. Very honest and customer service oriented staff person.

Just a shout out to the Manger at Cap It Langley for his exceptional service to me on a couple of recent visits. I have always been treated more than fair, often surprised by how well he has treated me. This is the first business I have seen in a long time where I as a customer feel like the customer service is high on their list. I highly recommend this company and hats off to a great Manager!

BEWARE. This business does not stand behind or warrantee their products. My son bought a brand new, high end canopy from them. The delays and customer service we're attrocious. Matt either leaves you on hold or never returns calls. When the canopy arrived weeks later than promised it leaked like a sieve. When Matt refused to do anything to fix it I called the manager Hans and demanded a refund. He laughed in my face telling me that all the canopies they sell leak. He told me that by merely spraying a car with a low pressure garden hose he could make any car leak. This makes no sense at all. I contacted the regional manager who also gave me a story about a leaky new truck that he bought and told me how all canopys leak. After a BBB complaint they replaced the canopy with another that leaked just as badly. Now my son has a five thousand dollar leaky canopy that is completely unusable to him as a camper. We begged and pleaded with them to follow decent business practices and asked Clive to fix the leak but he did not even attempt to. They just ignored all requests. Please don't waste your time or money with this company as
you will feel cheated and robbed!

This establishment has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The managers continually disregarded the many manufacturing issues that came with the product I purchased and were extremely uncooperative in addressing the problems. It became apparent very quickly that employees of this company have no regard for their customers time and money as they charged me top price for a faulty product, never returned my phone calls, and on multiple occasions quoted me incorrect timelines for service. I am extremely disappointed with Cap It Langley, I will not be returning and would encourage others to take their business elsewhere.

WARNING! AVOID AT ALL COSTS WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE! I had come to Cap it early in 2020 looking for a new canopy for my truck. I had paid Cap-it’s higher prices for what I thought was a superior canopy. I was told that the canopy would take 4-6 weeks to arrive. After six weeks they began to give me every excuse in the book as to why the canopy was not there. Every time I called to check on its status they told me it would be another two weeks. This stretched on for 6 months and when I finally received the canopy it leaked from every window and every door. I was extremely upset and they said that this was normal, that they were pleased with the fit, and that all of their canopies leak this way. It became apparent that each employee is coached to tell you a canopy is not a submarine after I was told this by multiple employees. Through this horrible experience I have met several cap it customers who are having the same problems as me and are being refused refunds. Cap-it has horrible customer service and refused to return my calls. I would always have to call them multiple times and most times they would put me on hold for upwards of 30 minutes. After complaining to them about the fit of the canopy they they refused to give me a refund so I contacted the Better Business Bureau. The owner, Hans, after having talked with the Better Business Bureau and laughing in my face when I asked for a refund, decided that he would get me a replacement canopy instead of a refund. I did not want to agree to this but Hans would give me no other option. After waiting another four months I received my replacement canopy. This new replacement canopy is leaking horribly from the back door which soaks my whole tailgate. The back left window was leaking from the frame which was bent out of place. I once again was extremely upset and asked them why I could not now get a refund after the second canopy was also leaking horribly. They said that they were pleased with the fit once again and that no canopy is a submarine. They did not even attempt to fix the leaks on the tailgate of the second canopy and told me me that I was, “expecting too much” as I watched a pool of water fill my truck bed. They said there is nothing they could do and their boss would call me back. I have still not received a call from Hans and this issue is still unresolved. This has been a devastating experience spending this amount of time and money on a product and not being able to use it after MONTHS of waiting for it.

The only place I go to when buying truck toys. Great store with tons of stock and all ways go the extra mile to make things right. In todays world service is all most nonexistent but Cap It Langley has old school service and I hope they never change.

Yet another reviewer that has gotten the run around. Ordered a canopy in late July/early August. Told 4-6 weeks till it’ll be in store. Waited) weeks and called to inquire, “oh I’ll call and check with the factory and call you right back” no return call.four times! Next it was it’s done and will be here next week, going on another 4 weeks.then oh it was on the truck but got stuck in long weekend traffic, it’ll be on another truck. It’s October 19 today, I still haven’t received a canopy and also have no idea when I will. I guess Capit is unable to communicate with its own factory, and has no communication with whoever ships for them, and worst still, does not communicate with paying customers. Absolutely brutal customer service. I will never shop here again. Ever.

Extremely slow to get out of stock items. Was told 5 days, 5 weeks later still don’t have items. Have been waiting for so items since June as they were not ordered correctly.
Have since found better deals and faster shipping online.

Went here to replace a towing wire harness that uHaul screwed up twice and that i've had nothing but trouble with. Cap-it replaced the whole thing with something that looks way higher quality. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and everything was completed on time and on budget. Super satisfied, would highly recommend!

Sent my grandparents by this location to get a part for their canopy. The salesman was quite helpful during this time and was able to give exaclty what was needed.

There's a reason Cap-It has such a bad reputation. We ordered a roof top tent from then on January 27 (should've just gone with trusted Epic Adventure Outfitters) and was told it would take one week to get to the warehouse.

I call on February 3rd to get an update and the employee told me he will dig into it and call me right back. He didn't call so I call back the next day. He tells me now he will check with his warehouse and call me back. Once again, nothing, so I call back the day after. This time he tells me Freespirit hasn't shipped it yet (which I now know was a lie). I check back Friday, February 7 because we've gotten no answers and another guy who said he was the manager told me they screwed up and it was actually discontinued.

If they had told me before instead of avoiding, I would've been able to make other arrangements before my trip, but am now stuck. They offered to ship the tent in, but said I would have to pay an extra $450 shipping. Unacceptable. Avoid cap it at all costs

Professional service! On time and perfect installation! No nonsense type of approach makes it easy to deal with these folks! Called once got one price and got my folding tonneau cover installed for my truck bed! Highly recommend

Horrible Service Over charges installation rates Everything is over priced Could not do the installation of our bed cover. Had the nerve to try charge us for not installing the equipment that would not fit. Total rip off
