It's been 3 times we've come here for repairs to punctured tires. Prices have always been reasonable price, service fast and they have accommodated us one time where we had a time constraint by accelerating service on the car. There's even an occasion where one of the mechanics drove a few blocks to my house (I'm about 20 blocks from where they are) to inflate air in a completely flat tire so I could drive my car down to their shop. It's been too many times where they have been great for this to be a fluke.

I was at a loss for words. As I had been to two different auto shop before this visit. One of them told me that I need to have front rotors and pads changed and the other told me I need to have both front and back rotors and pads changed. Ramin took a drive and extra time to check the brakes and told me I don't need to change anything for now as the rotors and brakes are still good. I am deeply impressed by his honesty and I also believed that to be a good mechanic, one has to be a good man first. And this guy is both.

Ramin and his team are very professional. They did what they said they would do, in the time they predicted. Ramin was in touch with us as we walked the close by King Mill path, letting us know the progress. Our 2004, class C RV on a Chevy chassis was a challenge Ramin took on willingly. They completed brake and steering repairs in their immaculate shop. Ramin took time to show how to remove our hubs etc. We rolled out with confidence. Honest and open.

Our car broke down at the ferry terminal on a saturday. Many places were closed. Capilano rd auto repair was the second place I phoned, they helped us get the car towed to their shop. They looked at the car right away and suggested what it might be but couldn't fully examine it as they were very busy with other appointments. They said it would likely be tuesday before they could fully inspect and repair.
On monday they phoned and had examined the car and determined the actual cause of breakdown. They fixed it on monday and we were able to pick it up! They absolutely saved us and car is still running great! I appreciate the communication during the weekend while our car was there, the speed of the repair, the thoroughness of the inspection and the honesty. Absolutely amazing friendly service and I am still so grateful to you all! Thankyou again!

Wow thank you so much! I forgot to ask for his name but I called them right before they closed. We had issues with our alternator belt and we were stranded right outside their building. The guy came and gave us some advice on how to fix it even though he was really busy. Just taking a few minutes really helped us a lot! Thank you so much for going above and beyond. We took a truck to Capilano for a PPI. After purchasing the truck another mechanic noticed more faults with the vehicle (costing $800) that Capilano failed to notice. Apparently these faults were very obvious. This is unfortunate for us as the point of a pre purchase inspection is to be made aware of faults with the vehicle.

If you need to change the oil or Minor Tyre repair maybe they are exper but I lost 300$ for wrong mechanical repair here with no excuse.
