Do not recommend. Took car back three times after new windscreen fitted & still a weird noise above 85kmph. They do not install correctly or check their work properly. Recommend to find somewhere else

I went to 4 glass shops before I found Capital Glass. Nobody else in town could help me. They custom made me a windshield, exactly how I requested. In the end, it was perfect and much cheaper than I imagined. Thanks, Capital Glass.

Great service and staff! I had a crack in my windshield which ended up needing replacement.
They were extremely helpful and professional. Front desk gal, Barb was very kind and went above and beyond to assist me.
Truly the best service I’ve ever received at an auto shop! They allowed me to drop off my car and in turn, they gave me the full courtesy deal. Drive home, & pick up when my car was completed.
Unfortunately, I didn't catch the staff members who drove me to and from my home. Amazing, fast, professional, and thorough.
I felt they cared. Will definitely recommend and use Atlas Glass again.
In the end, I was so happy & my little 2006 Mazda was over the moon. I can see clearly now!

Had my front windshield replaced, the first time I got it back it leaked water within the first few days when it rained, took it back and got some attitude finally got them to take it back to fix it. Second time I got it back it did not leak but there was windshield caulking all over the interior and exterior of my car, the roof liner was torn, and there was a dent in the hood would not recommend

We recently received a combo star chip in our windshield during a drive down from the Okanagan.

Knowing we had to have this promptly attended to, I called Chris at Capital Glass in Sidney.
He kindly made some time to got me in pronto.

Within an hour his crew stabilized the damage from spreading and made it way less noticeable. Insurance paid 100%.

[Note though that most chips can only ever be rendered about 90% invisible]

Not very happy. I went to them at the beginning of this year. They repaired the chip, or so I thought. I paid for a service that was poorly done. We took our car into Allied Glass today for a rain treatment and they said the job done on it was less than sub par. They said there was usually a coating over the chip and when he used a tool on it to pick at it, he was picking right on the glass. They are repairing it again PROPERLY and were able to use our insurance for the cost (which was less than this place and they never used my insurance for it) to repair.

I will never use this place again and am pretty upset at the charge for such a poorly executed job.

Fantastic service! I had myMazda booked in for a water leak through the rear wiper. When I arrived the technician stopped what he was working on and fixed my car while I waited. He clearly had the experience and expertise to know exactly what tools and parts were required. All fixed in under 10 minutes and no charge! I don’t recall when I’ve had such great service. I will be bringing all my auto glass business to Capital Auto Glass in Sidney in the future.

I had my windshield smashed in a freak accident and had to bring the car over from Galiano for a replacement, Capital went out of their way to make it work with the ferry schedule and even vacuumed my floor mats before I picked it up. A+

Heat wave turned our car window ding into a huge crack. After calling many shops with 2 week waits, Capital Glass booked me in the same day. They were super polite, efficient, friendly and most of all, there when I needed them, in spite of the 40c temperature! Worth the drive from Victoria to Sidney. Thank you!

They were great, fit me into their busy schedule and got my boat windshield fixed quickly when I needed a quick turn around.

My boyfriend went in today and the lady at the front was so rude and unprofessional that he turned around and walked out. Will spread the word on her terrible customer service and will not be back. He is big in the car industry and is spreading the word. Try treating your customers as humans next time.

They're amazing, they dealt with all my insurance paper work and fit me in as soon as my parts came in. Would highly recommend to anyone, friendly staff and great service!

I was not at all impressed with the job they did or the service. I'm pretty sure everywhere else in Victoria or Sidney would be a better option.

I went to Capital Auto Glass had no clue about tinting or prices to tinting my car. I felt welcome and serviced right away. Very friendly staff. The friendly man that tinted my ride looked at my car and suggested few thing but I never felt pressured since I had no clue about percentage of tinting (he suggested not to go too dark like down to 5%) 20 percent is the popular tinted choice. After he talked to me I set a day and time and a estimate on how much it will cost since all vehicles are different.
Highly recommended to check them out. I hope I helped someone looking to get there ride pimped out a little:)

Had my windshield replaced here before. Also had a custom glass peice made for my aquarium top at a affordable price. This business is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and easy to deal with. About to go in to get my windshield replaced again (those darn rocks flying off trucks).

These folks provide a great service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends / family.
For those reading the reviews; note the negative ones are NOT the Sidney store (those should be deleted imo).

Very poor service at Sidney location. Trying to coordinate a trip over from the gulf islands for new auto glass. They proposed a date and time, then suddenly, stopped replying to my emails. Sent a couple, they didn't bother replying, so I could not confirm anything and booked somewhere else. Business must be good for them if they can so easily turn away a potential customer trying to spend money there. Also, their follow up to me, after this bad review seemed to put the blame for me on not calling (when they have an email option on their website). NOT recommended.

Went in for a windshield replacement and was happy that they were open on Saturdays. I was even happier when I picked up my vehicle and it had been vacuumed!

Capital Auto Glass on Pembroke street is the worst shop I've been to in my life! I've recently brought my car to them for a water leak in my sun roof and I've been there 4 times with the same problem! The customer service was awful! They said my car didn't leak but why did I have a swimming pool of water in my back seat!? They take money from me every time I go in with no results! My father and I took matters into our own hands because I'm sick of paying someone to do work to my caddy with no results! I asked for my money back on my last time I went in and they refused to give me my money back! NEWS TO THEM CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! Please don't Make the mistake I did! Don't go here!
