Went in to get insurance for my vehicle and Monet was the agent that helped me. She is very pleasant, knowledgeable and helped me to save money with my insurance by mentioning that I don’t use the sports car much and could save some extra money. She has a sense of humour and calls me the boss…. Mainly because I drive several cars and get my insurance through capital west insurance. Nice doing business there.

I showed up at 7: 45pm on Thursday evening and there was a line up. Monette was the only one working. She was under pressure as they close at 8: 00 but still remained very pleasant and professional. I needed a permit for the next morning. I was the last in line and she made sure we were all looked after before she closed ip for the night. Thank you so much!

I had recently came in to see Munish as I heard he was the best with complex insurance situations. Prior to that I was always assisted by Vinay who was excellent and incredibly helpful.
