My wife and I found this store online while searching for a bike for my son for Christmas. When we arrived at the store, we were greeted by a gentleman named Ben. He was quite busy but quickly made time for us. Ben's customer service and product knowledge, along with his love of riding, made our experience perfect. We found a great bike at a very affordable price, and we were even able to leave the bike there until closer to Christmas.

Great customer service! We have been twice now, first to fix a tire and second for a much needed over haul on our sons bike. They kept it right to the quote and had it completed sooner than we expected it. Great knowledgeable friendly staff. We will definitely be back for anything else that we need help with.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Cap's, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. I was dealt with warmly by the friendly staff. They took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me deal with my mountain bike issue. They went above and beyond to help and did it promptly. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I bought new Norco e-bikes last fall from Cap's Bicycles Langley. The bikes have worked well and we are enjoying our e-bike experience. There have been a couple of minor warranty issues that have arisen in the past year and Graham and Dan at Cap's have done an excellent job addressing them for us. They patiently answered all of our operating and maintenance questions. I would highly recommend them to others that might be contemplating the purchase of a bicycle including an e-bike.

I was a bit worried I wouldn't find exactly what I wanted for my almost 3 & 5 yo, but I did! The staff are exceptionally knowledgeable and welcoming. While a bit expensive, we know that we have bought bikes that will give our kids the best chance of riding success. They also do trade ins which we hope to utilize.

We also found out that my kids are the 3rd generation to get their bikes from here, which is a family run business in existence for over 90 years. How cool is that? !

Caps Bikes is hands down the best place for bike parts and bikes. I couldn't be happier with my experience there. The owner went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bike within my budget and skill level. Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and they provided expert guidance throughout the process. I went into the new location today for the first time. I was picking up some brake hardware for a bike I'm building, and mind you it's not something I could find anywhere else locally. They were great, between the two working, one of them went and grabbed the part while I chatted with the other about the history of the business. As a long time local it was a good time. The visit was quick, despite them having to locate the part and overall I had a very pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend them in the future. Great job guys, good luck at the new location.

Ok - this was the most amazing experience shopping I’ve had in a long time. Super friendly, knowledgeable - really great with my 4 and 9 year old who were getting their first bikes from a store vs hand me downs.
It was such a difference from getting something from Canadian Tire. They adjusted things, made sure it was really the right fit and they had all the necessary tools to make it a great experience.

Caps has been around for a long time and I remember getting my first bike there back in 1985. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and they have a good selection of all kinds of bikes and accessories. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a bike or parts.

I brought my Norco bike in with annoying creaking coming from somewhere. I wasn’t able to identify where it was coming from. I left my bike with Graham for couple hours. He was able to identify and fix the problem within couple hours. I highly recommend Cap’s to any bike owner. They are professional and knowledgeable. I trust them completely with my bike.

Picked up a Kona Dew Plus yesterday Graham. Process was quick and easy. They had the bike for a great price and on other bikes as well. I got accessory pedals, ergo grips and a water bottle cage installed on the spot. It’s Nice brand new store with big parking lot you can test ride the bikes. All the staff there were nice and friendly. Thank you.

Staff at front desk was kind of rude, they were booked up for services till Aug 15th, had to go to a different shop.

Caps is the only place I will go to service my bike even though Trek (I have a hybrid Trek bike) is down the street. They are very honest and forth coming regarding what needs to be serviced. They also don't gouge you on service items or embellish what needs to get done. I trust them emphatically and recommend all my bicycle friends and family to Caps. Dan especially is amazing! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I appreciate they're stellar customer service and couldn't be happier with the Caps team. Thank you for being such a great place to trust my bike with! This is a family business now led by Graham, the 3rd generation, and so he has his good family name invested in everything Cap's does for its customers.
