I bought a 36h hub and they sent me the 32h version, I sent them an email and they replied back within 10 minutes. They solved my problem within a day. Thanks for your help and great customer support.

Rob was super insightful and his approach was super clear especially for someone like me who has very little knowledge of bikes. I came and left with a great bike which I rode straight afterwards. Everyone here is super kind, friendly and I will definitely only come here for my biking needs!

I recently moved to Vancouver and needed a replacement for my old car. Issac, David, Sam and Dustin are all amazing. I just got my first electric bike here. Issac helped me kit out the bike and made the whole process very easy.
They recommended me exactly what I needed and didn't upsell me. Honestly, it was really was a great experience. Everyone here has great customer service and I cannot stress this point enough, they're locally and family owned and care about you as a customer.

Great service. The owner took the time to find out what we were looking for and helped select the right bike. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome, unlike other places that over charge you, this place does their best to arrange something that works out for you. Plus, their mechanics charge you based on the book hours and nothing more. There are only 2 shops in Vancouver that charge fair. This is one of them. Thanks Cap's team with quick and great services.

My husband purchased a chain and breaks and after realizing the chain was too long he called them and they said if he brought in his bike they’ll break the chain for him.after they broke the chain and installed the chain for him they installed the breaks and did minor maintenance adjustments all for free and in a timely manner.
