Had an issue with billing but it was resolved within an hour. I am very happy with my results and would highly recommend them.

Everyone at Care Dental is insanely amazing. From admin to doctors I get treated like a friend. I’m someone who suffers with anxiety and they do everything in their power to make it better. They also direct bill which is amazing. Best dentist experiences I’ve had anywhere ever.

I am a patient of Care Dental for more than 3 years and keep going back because of the excellent treatment I receive each time I go there. I see doctor Justin Abbot and I am very satisfied with the results of his treatment on my teeth. Out of the dental assistants who are all doing a great job, I would like to mention Karly who excels in her profession and takes my dentist fear away by her nice way of treating patients.

I really cant express my gratitude enough. They corrected my smile, are always so kind. From reception, to hygienist, dentist, helpers and the billing folks, all make it so easy. Again, I can't rave enough about the kindness and working with dental anxiety. I appreciate Care Dental and all the work they do.

Had an emergency and couldn’t get a hold of my dentist. Luckily I was able to get a hold of somebody here, even at midnight. They had an appointment for me in the morning set up and even though I ended up seeing my own dentist they really showed they cared and checked on how I was doing. Definitely would recommend in an emergency.

I am terrified of Dentists and their offices. I also do not like the smells, the way they look, and the sounds. All of my experiences have been traumatic physically and mentally.
From the second I walked in to the moment I left not one panic attack.
I heard no sounds which was surprising. The place was beautiful, clean and quiet which helped my emotion. The staff was gentle and kind with my emotions I felt at ease and safe and also safe enough to trust Dr. Todd to even look in my mouth. I didn't feel judged or condescended. Dr. Todd heard me, and my concerns and he addressed them all quickly and efficiently explaining the process as he went. I'm very proud to say for the first time in my life, I am looking forward to my next and future visits. I don't why I came across your ad on Google, but I'm so very grateful that I did.

I had a crown put in yesterday and it was probably the best experience I've ever had in the dentist chair! Dr. Danny's bedside manner was both professional and welcoming. He was amazingly fast in his work, which was executed perfectly! Kaylee was also excellent in her skill and bedside manner! The two of them made an usually big job pleasant, comfortable and painless!

Care dental got me in so quick when I was in so much pain over the weekend. They treated me so well and were able to get to the root of the problem, which, unfortunately was a root canal! The dentist was so so fast and efficient with his work, it was over and done with before I knew it! Netflix, and really good headphones helped, I really just got to lay back and relax. They were all awesome. The hygienist, the management, the dentist, the people at the front desk. I felt very comfortable there right away. The next day I am 100% out of pain, and able to eat like normal again.

I don't often write reviews but I would be remiss to not mention Karly at Care Dental first and foremost. She is kind, empathetic, professional and answers my queries in a timely manner. I've found all the staff here to be this way, but I've had the most dealings with Karly as we map out my dental appointments and discuss insurance matters. So she's my favorite friendly gal!:)

I've had Annick and Melissa work on my teeth and I've NEVER been so spoiled. They explain things clearly and are SO gentle and professional. I get a little squirmy with anxiety at the dentist and they are all very calm and reassuring. This is the way dentistry should be from a patient's point of view!

As well, Dr. Danny fixed a front tooth of mine that other dentists in the past have told me flatly cannot be fixed. And it has to be said he gave me several shots of freezing and nobody in decades of having my teeth worked on has been as gentle.

Thank you to the wonderful bunch you all are! I still don't love going to the dentist.who does, really: . But if I have to, it will be to Care Dental where the people truly DO live up to the name.

Of a sudden I had a painful toothache. They were able to get me in quick and I had a root canal the same day. The process was easy and thankfully painless.

Dr Justin and Karly, best dental experience I've ever had! They constantly make sure I'm comfortable and pain free during my visit, and their funny jokes make the time fly. They both do excellent work. I can't thank them enough!

Care Dental is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever experienced. Friendly staff, great facilities, state of the art equipment.

I had dr Todd or whatever his name was. Came in to get a filling fixed. The business had charged the First Nations Health Authority an immense amount of money for the job. Leaving the dentist, the tooth had completely cracked in half along the gum line. Was hours after leaving and stated that they cannot fix it, but opposed would have to completely remove multiple. Go in for a simple filling, leave without 2 front teeth. Called again, said would not accept my coverage at all (red cross). Waited months, called back to get the work fixed. Now they had canceled me as a client, as now having to go get alot more work done then just a filling at another office here in Kelowna. Strongly recommend not to go to Care Dental in Kelowna.

Previsouly, I've had bad experiences with going to the dentist beforehand, but they both made me feel comfortable and got me pumped for my exciting journey. They both worked great as a team too! Thanks for joining me on my journey to bring my confidence back. See you in a few weeks!

I had a wonderful experience at Care dental today. Dr. Jack and team were amazing. They treated me with respect and made my experience a great one. I always have anxiety when I go see dentist but this time I was not scared at all. They listen to my concerns and did exactly what needed to be done. This will be my permanent dental clinic. Thank you Dr. Jack, Tobi, Jess and all the staff that were involved. You guys deserve five star.

This is a great place to go to take care of your teeth. Staff (especially Charice) are very accomodating, professional, courteous and friendly made me feel like a family

CareDental has been a delight, as far as a trip to the dentist can be. Their facilities are gorgeous, the staff are pleasant, and the dentists are efficient.

This group of people really look after you well! The lobby is clean, fresh, and inviting; with many snacks and an espresso machine in case you arrive early. Karly is so kind, helpful, and attentive it makes the process of going to the dentist like a dream. Highly recommend this place and the beautiful people supporting it.

Always a pleasure! The whole family now goes to Care Dental. The whole team always makes us feel comfortable. I am so glad we found Care Dental. Even my son who is extremely nervous about going to the dentist always leaves with a smile. Thank you for everything!

I've absolutely lost any little faith I had and ALL patience with this clinic. Stay far, far away. I tried my best to be understanding through numerous issues. I'm done.

They extracted teeth from me due to unbearable pain. I am on Persons With a Disability (PWD) assistance and after personally researching my entitlements for dental coverage, I discovered that I would qualify for dentures or bridges etc to replace the missing teeth. I did all the research myself.

I then contacted them in February of 2021 as to how the process works. I even sent them a link to the gov.site which explains this coverage and asked them if I should personally apply or if it has to be through a dentist, like them. They indicated to me that it has to be applied via a dentist office. So they said they'd initiate the application. I was told (I have the emails) that they would follow-up with me on the status of the application. After months of not hearing from them, I contacted them again and was told no response from the gov.and once again, that THEY would contact me as soon as they found out.

Now, fast-forward. Over TWO YEARS since my first request. Since last August of 2022 (after AGAIN having to contact them to see what the heck is going on), I have been passed on to another "CARE" admin person, who promised me that she would get to the bottom of it all and that things would change regarding lack of ACTION and COMMUNICATION. They have not ONCE been the one to provide me with status of my application proactively. TWO YEARS and still nothing from them. Just lots of broken promises.

Again, NOTHING. I had a scheduled hygiene appt late Dec of 2022, and raised my concern at that time AGAIN regarding my situation. AGAIN I was promised the person responsible (who was away that day) would reach out to me in a couple days. Again, NOTHING.b

I have other grievances I could relay here, but I won't go into detail at this time. Let's just say I'm very unhappy with how they treat their patients. I find them to be quick to "upsell" every visit. And, I thought their teeth cleaning to be the absolute poorest quality of any dentist office I've been to. And I'm 62 years old.
