Dr. Heidi Mah is a great physician and person. Thankyou for everything you ALL do at this clinic.

This clinic is an abomination re health care. Truly an oxymoron. Worst service, worst doctors. Avoid this place if you value your personal health. Bhatt (I won't call him DR.). Is the worst person I have dealt with in the healthcare community. God complex. Truly a narcissistic joke. Condescending and demeaning attitude. Don't even get me started on his 'presentation'. The rest of the DR's? They don't care. Offer you whatever drugs. Skim over your patient file. Don't ask any personal questions to get to know you and why you may need help. Just waiting to get you in and out as fast as possible.
Phone service? Customer service at the front desk? Just a joke. No one here cares about you and you really feel it. Just a sad representation of the state of health care in the city. Btw today found out it's no longer a WALK IN CLINIC. That they only represent family doctors. Well after 15 years of going here, thanks for the heads up. What a joke.

Today, we had an appointment with the family doctor, and we were very well assisted. The doctor has incredible patience with children and made us feel very comfortable.

Dr. Heidi Mah is incredible! She's easy to access via the online booking platform, efficient in getting to the problem and solution and patient-centered in how she offers care. She offers me options for next steps and answers any questions I ask her and supports me in the decisions I make on what I'd like to do next for my body. Fantastic doctor!

Contrary to most reviews, this is only a walk-in clinic if you're one of the first five patients to show up at the start of the day.

How can you be a “walk in clinic” and not accept any more patients at 10: 00 am? Only take the first 5 patients? Horrible reviews even if you do get in.

This clinic was negligent to my test results, and client file.

I had an incredibly distressing experience with the clinic. After undergoing a test in June, I eagerly awaited the results, only to receive an inaccessible link via text message. Confused and concerned, I called the clinic, but to my dismay, they claimed no record of my visit or testing. It was unsettling to have to prove my presence at the clinic, using the appointment reminders they had sent me. Waiting for a month and a half for results, only to face such denial, was deeply upsetting.

Experiencing such a situation with a clinic is deeply distressing and highly irresponsible on their part. Mishandling important health information, like test results, cause immense emotional distress and eroded trust with the healthcare providers. Clinics must prioritize the security and accuracy of patient information, especially when dealing with vulnerable situations. This negligence had undermines the overall integrity of the clinic.

You made a serious mistake today by treating me so rudely and incompetently. Sometimes people get themselves into places where it would need a miracle to find the EXIT door to get out of. Take care of yourselves and tread very carefully.

I don’t think they really understand that I have BPD and the challenges it comes with. Really hard to get access to medication as they never give me any refills so I have to plan ahead if I want another. Overall not a great experience as a patient. One older male doctor treated me like I was using the medication to get high, even though my prescription history is pretty extensive and I have documented psychotic symptoms. Most doctors are unprofessional and lack patience.

I’ve been a patient here for 8 months so far. The medical office assistants always seem friendly & calm. Dr. Catherine Allen-Ayodabo is very warm & personable, listens well and works with me to find solutions. She takes her job very seriously but is also able to laugh with me and show her empathy and humanity.
I’m grateful to have such a great doctor.

It's been almost two years since I consulted with Dr. Bowlsby, and I have always been very impressed with his professional care, from conscientious, patient, and responsible. I greatly appreciate Dr. Bowlsby's superb care and his always giving comprehensive, considerate, and compassionate attention to me and my family.

Whilst travelling O/S to Canada needed to see a Doctor so went to Care Point Medical Clinic. The Dr was very attentive to my condition and concerns and took his time to examine me thoroughly. This is a walk in Clinic BUT be aware, they only accept the first 5 people. You need to be in a line outside the Clinic before the opening time of 8: 00 am - after that it’s appointments only. Cost for a non Canadian resident was 210CAD. Right next door is a Drug Store/Pharmacy- generic scripts typically 50-80CAD.

I am extremely thankful for the exceptional professional assistance and compassionate care I have received from the Carepoint Medical team on Davie St.throughout the years. I have utilized both their tele-health and in-person services, and on every occasion, I have been treated with kindness and empathy. The doctors I have encountered have been absolutely fantastic, as well as the front desk staff who have been incredibly helpful. In particular, Dr. Bhatt stands out as an exceptional physician. He dedicates time to thoroughly explain symptoms, medication usage, expected outcomes, and any potential waiting periods. His extensive knowledge is evident, and he diligently orders tests when necessary to ensure that all medical concerns are addressed. When Dr. Brhett explains something, it is apparent that he genuinely cares about your understanding and well-being.

I’ve been seeing Doctor Monika for two years and she is the best Doctor I’ve ever had! Always informative, and looking for ways to treat my arthritis, and other issues, with the outmost care, and consideration!
The front end staff is always helpful, and very friendly!

Doctor Heidi Mccaffrey is a tremendous doctor, who provided our athletes with great care and professionalism at the clinic. It is worth going to Care Point Davie, just to seek her out. Care Point Medical on Davie is a great clinic with helpful and friendly staff, I cannot recommend them enough!

New to Vancouver, no MSP and was seen to within 30 mins. Cost $200 and doctor was great and sorted me out!

Dr Sunil Bhatt is extremely rude and disrespectful, he should not allowed to hold a medical license.

Avoid Dr. Sunil Bhatt at all costs! He will charge you money for things that are covered by MSP. Lifelab nurses were shocked by the form he wrote for me.

Dr Bhatt is the WORST. He made me feel like I was worthless and my concerns didn't matter at all. His dismissive and rude attitude left me feeling depressed and hopeless. And to top it all off, his racist behavior towards me was completely unacceptable. I can't believe he's still allowed to practice medicine. Please, trust all the other reviews and stay as far away from him as possible.

NEVER GO WITH “DR. SUNIL BHATT my gf wait 1 week for get an appointment and when she finally got it just for get a dermatologist referral, she couldn’t get it even when she knows from doctors in Mexico than she needs to be treated for a specialist and he did a prescription with drops for eyes when that can make worst the eczema she have, he was in him phone always responding messages and didn’t gave the attention she deserves, never go to this clinic!

Avoid any bookings with Dr. Bhatt at all costs. I only found out after stopping going to this doctor he was prescribing me medication for people over 80 years old.

I don’t get all the bad reviews lol every clinic has wait times as always, they can’t control being late. Also the receptionists have been nothing but lovely. I’m very happy with this clinic:)

I had to wait over 3 months for my first check up results, at that point I had to request for them myself. The blonde women family doctor, prescribed the wrong medication, assuring me that this is the right medication. Which would have severely affected my health, only if I didn't do my own research.
It's fine as a drop in clinic, but do not sign up for a family doctor here!
