I know I've booked with this place for future appointments in the past several times for walk in appointment. And front desk just argued with me saying they never did.

If you really must go here arrive early and expect to stay a while, especially on weekends. They frequently reach their daily patient quota by around 10am and stop accepting patients altogether unless you have an appointment. Ridiculous but true. Also, this clinic is particularly popular with immigrants increasing wait times due to cultural and language barriers. The clinic is often staffed by one doctor and services offered here are limited.

Care Point Medical Clinic sent me the wrong paperwork for COVID-19 PCR test and certificate for international travel. The names/identification did not match on the paperwork. This is extremely time sensitive and now my travel plans are at risk because of the clinic's error. I can't believe I had to pay out of pocket for this type of service. Also, no timely response because it is after-hours and the clinic expects me to wait until their opening hours next day. Unbelievable.

VERY VERY BAD experience dealing with the clinic. AVOID if you can. My PCR and antibody tests was booked for my flight back to China. Since the clinic is no longer on the list of accepted labs, I was guaranteed a refund. However, emailed 5 times and called 4 times for more than 1 month. Finally received an email but says because I paid via Alipay, they can only issue me a free test as a compensation, not a refund. However, I was never told there would be a refund concern when I made my payment and I do not need any test as the one I needed is not accepted in this lab. Asked for a refund solution with no reply further. Called in again and was told the person dealing with the issue is WFH and can only by contacted by email. So nothing they can do except waiting for the person to reply to me… 3 days passed, still no email reply!

The clinic finally replied and still refuse to make a refund that I am eligible for. When I asked for a meeting to further discuss the resolution with multiple attempts, they stopped to reply again. Contacted a few media to get the story published and the media contacted the clinic with no reply as well. Bottom line: the clinic does not care about their customers and does not care about negative feedbacks because they know not much you can do even if they take your money with an invalid excuse.

Overall I am absolutely satisfied with the medical side of the clinic! One negative thing is that the receptionists ask for the reason/issue for your visit, which is very private and makes me feel very uncomfortable to declare to the whole clinic what health problems are!

I went twice totally here. They always give the best service.

Special thanks for the receptionist who tok my son urgent matter and allow my son to come in even it was already noon and full of patient.

And also special thanks to Dr. Yoon, very caring and gentle to the kids.

Why is there no reason to cancel appointments? I don't think you're on my list of clinics I'd like to go and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Was told they were closed one day then went in the next day with more then an hour before they closed and they refused to take me and another person when theres only 3 other people in there. Definitely not going back there again.

Booked a Same day Antigen test appointment and the service was excellent! Received my documentation in less than two hours. Will continue to book appointment with Care Point while testing requirements are in place. Thank you!

By the way, I understand it is Easter weekend but having being told we will get it by a certain time and not is HIGHLY STRESSFUL! My test arrived at 1AM and was Negative.

Hi, I paid and did the same day PCR test and I haven't received my results yet. I was told I would receive it by 10pm but it's 11: 43pm now and no email. Please send ASAP as I have a flight to catch! I see your clinic is closed tomorrow on Sunday so I'm messaging here. Please read!

I made an appointment here for a Next day PCR test. But it was a very bad experience. They did send me a report the day after the test, but it was not my report. After I contacted them, no one responded at all, and they didn't send me the correct report until the next day during business hours, but I had already missed my flight. Although they were willing to re-test my PCR for free, they were not willing to compensate me for the flight ticket cancellation fee or a more expensive rebooking flight fee. In addition to not apologizing to me, they did not reply to my messages after that. Not to mention the problem of personal information leakage, I hope people who are going to have PCR testing can think twice.
Their website mentions that when there is an emergency, you can send an email with "Urgent Results Needed" as the subject of the letter, but, after I did that, I still couldn't get a response, which is useless.

This is the second time I have taken my elderly (disabled) aunt to Care Point Medical Clinic. Both times we saw Dr. D. Yoon. Both times the front staff and Dr. Yoon were extremely courteous and patient with my aunt and the interpreter (needed for my aunt to communicate). The front staff went above and beyond to ensure my aunt was seen in a timely manner, and in helping with the paperwork needed by the Fraser Health Authority.
Dr. Yoon was extremely patient, thorough and we never felt rushed as he went through my aunt's issues and completed the investigations.
They are a significant improvement versus the other clinic that I used to take my aunt to.

Ridiculous procedure. I requested to have a phone appointment and they rejected 2 times with no explanation. How should I know what to correct if you keep rejecting it with no reason?

My friend in Mission BC found this Covid testing site site prior To my flight. I got an online video service appointment within 24 hours of my departure to the States. Was able to use an approved antigen test kit.
The physician was patient and kind. The remote video service was offered at a discounted price, and the approval certificate was emailed within hours of the zoom call.

I have been trying to call in to book an appointment for days! Does this clinic no longer answer or return their calls when they're busy? It should never take multiple days to reach a receptionist!

PLEASE READ! URGENT! Hi we are still waiting for my mom's test report since yesterday SAME DAY PCR test. She did her test at 9: 40am. Her name is PHAN XIU TRAN. Please send ASAP as she is supposed to fly out this morning.

Efficient, easy to understand, quick, and kind. I needed a "Same-Day Antigen Test" for travel to the U. S, and the testing service provided by Care Point Medical Clinic was the best experience I could have asked for.

We came in for a covid test for my mom the person handling her test was so clumsy and hands was constantly shaking and my mom remained calm and went throught the procedure only for the test to comeback as inconclusive and costing us way more than if we had just gone to another location. This was most likely due to the carelessness of the staff. We ended up having to pay 1500 dollars to change her flight date and ended up having to pay for another test. We paid 179 for the test and should definitely have gotten it somewhere else and regret ever coming in to get a test at this location. I would definitely suggest anywhere else cause clearly some of the staff here dont know what they are doing.

Wow what an owner explains lots. The test came back inconclusive which clearly mean someone messed up on the back end. If you gave a negative or positive test I wont have left this review. You guys clearly have no remorse with the amount of bad reviews you continue to recieve. If I went somewhere else at least they would have given better results.

Used the same day service and got the results in time so from that angle, they did fantastic.

The website should make it more clear that to get the results on the same day you need to do your test before 11AM. This is hidden in the FAQ and I only came across it after I had initially booked after 11AM and just reading through the site I found out that I had to change the appointment. This should be made very clear when making appointment.

There was a 10 min delay from my appointment time, but the staff and the COVID test administrator were fantastic, friendly, professional, and apologetic for the delay. Very happy with their help.

Other ding point is the price, $249 for same day service. This is is a real highway robbery! The clinics should find ways to decrease the cost. This shouldn’t be more than $99 at most, country wide! Glad it won’t be needed anymore for coming into Canada from next month.

Not a good experience. Please be professional and observe phone etiquette Management should check how their medical office assistants answer calls. It's funny that they cannot answer simple inquires. I feel most of them are not familiar with the different kinds of forms that they are handing patients out. The booking system is great however, it does not work when the office is closed.

Walk-in at 10: 30, the reception ask
me come back one hour later. When i come back at 11: 20, still wait for one hour. The lady in front of me during check in had already left after visiting the doctor，but i was still waiting！The person come after me visit the doctor earlier than me! Totally a mess

2 test done one after another we are still waiting for results for 1 and we fly the next day

This place scam money, I book for my dad appointment on feb 9 at 10: 20 am, my hus told the nurse his fly at 1 pm, she said test result from 10 am -6 pm, , so I think on it enough times for him be cause we can’t book early because his lay over too long, today morning I call them to check out they told me result will be 6 pm -10 pm, now I had to paid another 500$ for 1 hour test, all ppl at same trip with him book other place same amount paid test result in same day, don’t come this place you will be disappoint like me.

Routinely overbooked, even if you have an appointment for a specific time they get very delayed, receptionists on the phone all the time because they are understaffed, doctor never reads the chart history

Average, they see too many people a day they just want to shuffle you in and out without actually figuring out why a person is in pain.

NP Radons is always kind and professional, and clocked that I needed an ADHD assessment right away! I also have nothing but good things to say about the admin staff- there have been times I’ve visited when extremely scattered and emotional due to withdrawing from medication and they’ve always been extremely patient and understanding.

Please don’t take an appointment with Dr. Yoon. He is the rudest, most unprofessional and uncaring doctor I’ve ever had.
I am really disappointed with the experience I had in this clinic this time.
I got an ECG and when the doctor call me for my results (which to clarify I needed to call because next day was a statutory Holliday 11/11 otherwise they would have waited for more than 5 days even though the results were already ready at the clinic, which for a heart concern is extremely dangerous)
When he called me the only thing he did was scream at me about the results on the phone in the rudest possible way, I asked him for more information or a second appointment because I was really worry, he couldn’t even explain me properly about my results, his lack of communication was extremely bad. I felt so humiliated, I felt my Health was a joke for him, I couldn’t even get preventive information or orientation.
After having the ECG all I wanted was to be relax and he caused so much emotional and mental distress.
If you are looking for respectful treat please ask for some other doctor,
I really don’t understand how can he be giving appointments if he doesn’t even care or can communicate, I didn’t realized all the bad comments he had until I decided to speak by myself to prevent other people to go through all I did. It’s really sad the clinic doesn’t take corrective action for things like this.
I’ve been here before and everything was good with the other woman doctor.
I am going these days to report him and get my results to get a second opinion with someone that is passionate about his job and willing to help.

Clean and efficient! After booking a PCR test online, they’ll email you an online payment link so that you can pay everything online. I took the test 11am and received my result with a travel certificate next day 5pm.

Oof. 20 mins late for a very expensive appt and bad at disseminating information about what's happening. One of the receptionists was wearing her mask improperly (below the nose). Would most likely go to a different clinic next time.

I have been a patient at this clinic since I was a child and never have a experienced such heartless, hasty, and rude care as I have from the new Filipino doc, Sugie. Avoid at all costs!

Test was unbelievably expensive. It was a same day service and on the web the price is 299. But in order to get a letter you need to pay additional $50. When I came there, 15 people waited for the same text. I think that this clinic just put more attention to the test and not to curing people because they earn so much every day.

I had taken COVID-19 test for international travel to USA. My results arrived next day (as guaranteed) by 4PM PST, which was wonderful!

Got the test done at 10: 00am. Received the result via email at 2: 30pm next day. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing step by step. Email was clean and very organized as per my needs.

Came bit before the test and and it was so fast that they entered me befor my time. Really nice people and very efficient!

Get your covid testing in advance and double check their documentation. They enter my birthday incorrectly TWICE. Even when i asked to have it fixed. Luckily this was done 3 days in advance.i am STILL waiting for their correction.

I deeply regret going into this clinic. I should just have trusted the reviews here. The doctors and staff are rude with poor communication skills. The doctor did not even explain his prescriptions well with no clear instructions what to do next, he just left the patient in the room. The worst experience I ever had in terms of medical appointment is here. VERY POOR SERVICE.

Booked a same-day covid PCR test. Showed up a bit early and they showed me in and did the test anyway. Results were emailed to me well before 10PM. Well worth the money!

Went there with an appointment and had to wait 10 minutes.
Staff was descent but the PCR was so painful.
I had blood running down my nose. And the (q-tip) was in my nose for 7 seconds which hurt a lot.
Were told that I would get results next day, then next day I was called to do the test again because the lab messed up my test with other people. Did the test again which was super painful. (DID NOT PAY AGAIN) and were told it’s not our responsibility that you don’t get results the same day which meant I may miss my flight.

But got the results later that day.

So if you have an important flight, maybe go to the PCR in the airport.

Receptionist was awesome and the physicians are great and very helpful! They go above and beyond compared to most walk in docs. They actually take time to investigate your problems and start a treatment plan vs other walk in docs that treat you as fast easy money. Highly recommended the physicians here

I visited Care Point Medical clinic to obtain a covid-19 test prior to travel to the United States. Every staff member and care provider I interacted with was kind, professional, and helpful. The results were incredibly fast, I received mine less than 24 hours after my appointment.

This was my first time getting a nasal swab test, I was extremely nervous, however the doctor carefully explained to me the procedure and swab material etc which made the whole process extremely easy going. He was very gentle and the sample swabbing only took maximum 10 seconds and it was not as bad as I expect. The result came back next day at 3pm. Very happy I chose this clinic, they are professional and on-time with the result. Highly recommend this clinic for travel covid test!

They assured me I’ll get the results the day after in the evening and they honour their statement. With that in mind I could book ahead of time my flight and still be within the 72 hours window at the arrival destination. That’s what we need these days; efficiency, cooperation and coordination from all parts.

Tips for travellers: Book the flight ahead of time to save money (prices are getting higher if you just book within one, two, three days ahead only). Monitor it yourself.

You need to make sure with your country or airline company if the 72 hours (from the time you did the test, NOT the time you got the results) is within the departing time or the arrival time.

Thanks to Care Point Medical Clinic I could have a plan I could relay on:
Sunday test.
Monday evening results.
Tuesday Fly. (I booked a week ahead)
Wednesday arriving at destination.

That’s my experience.

They book people in three different ways, online, walk in and over the phone. They don't provide service to patients in time, the waiting time can be 1 hour or more. They're no decent cueing system.

Brutal.due to limited options, we had to come here for their painfully expensive testing. They charge $350 a test and provide an unpleasant experience with it. For prices like that, I expect a back massage with gin & tonic! The test results, were not on time as promised but after some unnecessary stress, did come through in time to not affect us. All of this would still have been OK if not for the aggressive Chinese nurse who seemed to enjoying watching us in a pain as he shoved that stick as far up our noses as he could. This was totally unnecessary, we have had tests before that were nothing like this. Very upsetting, he should not be doing this job.

Awful, they missed my appointment so that I had to wait 40 extra minutes longer.

I booked an appointment for RT-PCR COVID-19 test. Unfortunately, I was forced to cancel my essential trip as well as the test's appointment due to new Netherland health restrictive measures implemented two days before departure. I received a refund two business days after applying, the cancelation fee was exactly what reported on the website. Thank you, Jay, for the detailed description of the BC's COVID testing possibilities, I will definitely be using your services again.

This place is the worst. Every time and I mean every time I call they say there closing this is T 5 when on Tuesday they say they are open until 7 AND also I sent up an over the phone appointment and due the pandemic some clinics are not having everyone in so I was very clear with the receptionist and she stated that the doctor would call me at X time and I was waiting and I called later and they thought I was coming. The receptionist may need more communication skills and also this place needs to update the hours

Had a great experience this morning! Rubeena and her partner in reception were very professional and friendly! There was an older gentleman in front of me and by their banter I could see he was a regular and a happy camper to! So nice to see a spirit of community!

I was promptly seen by Doctor Arjuna Thiagarajah. He took the time to hear my concerns and explain what was needed and it was great that offered solutions that did not involve just a prescription - but a holistic approach at life style as well! Thank you so much for great care and professionalism!

I have been coming to this location for over eight years. The doctors are polite and very helpful.
The ladies at the front desk (Rubeena & others) are welcoming, caring, polite and very efficient. I prefer this clinic.
