Carey Centre on UBC Campus

On ne s'attendait pas à ça, chambre ressemble à un dortoir et était assez désuet mais convient pour la nuit.
Dejeuner offert le lendemain, style cafétéria, un peu surprise et déçu mais comestibles. Pour dépanner dans le moins cher cest passable.

Located on the edge of the UBC campus in a quiet area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was simple.

If you have absolutely no demands and just sleep here, it's ok:)

Rooms are very warm, only a small window for ventilation. Ventilation not possible because window with burglar protection? ! Just open a crack?

Very good hotel with nice service and really good breakfast while being cheap. The only bad thing is the location quite far from the centre.

Was perfect for what we needed it for- a 1 night stay. Clean, quiet facilities. Easy self check-in. Wonderful quiet area in the middle of UBC Campus with cafes and restaurants nearby. No A/C, but the last week of May with the window open and the room’s fan, we slept cooly.

This place exceeded my expectations! Great price, comfortable rooms and great location.

I stayed here with my daughter who had a swim meet at UBC.
This location is perfect, can walk everywhere.
We never felt unsafe.

Had to Uber for groceries because just a lot of corner stores around.

Carey centre itself is clean and quiet.
The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because every morning and any time we spent in our room we where very congested. Had to go to drug store for congestion meds. Not sure what caused it.
On the whole it was a pretty good stay.
