We recently had trouble with our vehicle while passing through Williams Lake. It was our first time dealing with this dealership and Cathy, Leo and the rest of the team went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. They made us feel like we had been customers for years and the level of service was outstanding!

I’m from out of town, and I broke down at the 150 mile gas station. It was Saturday, about 11 a.m. I phoned Caribou G. M. And asked if they could fit me in. I talked to a lady named Cathy, and she said they usually close at noon on Saturday, but she would see if she could talk a mechanic into staying a little later to have a look at my truck. I had my truck towed there, and they were able to diagnose it right away. This was the best customer service that I’ve experienced anywhere in a long time. They went out of there way to accommodate me. Cathy and the other male service manager there were sincere and genuine, rare qualities in today’s world. When you’re stuck on the side of the road in an unfamiliar town, you’re really at the mercy of whatever help you can find. I was so pleased that they were there for me when I needed them.

Worst customer service! Needed work done, called for a quote that was already set aside for me, was put on hold.manager didnt return to the phone. Next day i got a call "hi i was told to call you but i have no idea about what". Get your stuff together. Never going back, not even for an oil change!

Just purchased a vehicle over the weekend from Cariboo GM and it was a great experience. I enjoyed the sales person Michael Munn, his enthusiasm and dedication to his customers was a refreshing change from what I have experienced in the past. The financial person Tina was amazing as well.

These people are awesome! They helped me get keys and a new remote for our truck after we had lost them. It was fast and painless. Totally recommend Cariboo GM!

Went in for an oil change, it took a long time to do it, wishing this place had an express lane, and I left only to discover latter my glove box was broken, but I brought it in, the manager was incredibly polite and patient with me, he reconciled the problem, I left happy, 3 stars because the oil change takes a long, long time to do, otherwise, GM is my go to brand and choice for vehicle and vehicle servicing!

This is the secind time I have been to Cariboo GM for service. Service is great but I hate that they do not wash the vehicle before returning to me.

We travel from Dawson Creek to buy our vehicles here. This staff knows what service means and they always exceed our expectations

Appointment was for 9 am yet we check on it at 12: 30 pm to see if we can pick it up, but they told us that it was just going into garage.

The appointment was a oil change and to change a hose. I was told that the hose was there prior to the appointment; however, when I called to check if vehicle ready, I was told it was only going to be an oil change because the part was sent back. This is the second time now we have attempted to change this part.

When received the car back, the passenger seat was filled with dust and dash with oily/dirty finger prints on the dash and front of the glove compartment
