Had a wonderful experience at my cleaning with Alicia today. She answered all my questions, took all my concerns seriously, and was very friendly! Overall all the staff are quite friendly and very understanding of dental anxiety.

Great clinic. Brittany (I think that’s her name) was very caring and non judgemental. Dr.joe (I think) is very good at what he does.worked that stubborn tooth right out and took the time to explain things to me

Great service from beginning to end. The people at the front desk are lovely and accommodating. The dental hygienists excel at their jobs - you can see that they care and are adept at what they do. The dentists are thorough and cognizant of financial constraints. Great people doing great work!

I saw Dr Dhillon on Friday, March 3, for TMJ related treatment. She was extremely thorough with my exam and explained in detail what would be happening with me during my session. I suffer with TMJ on a daily basis, and need specific treatment for this ailment, she will be my Dr forever now!

I live almost 3 hrs drive from Cariboo Dental Clinic. Recently, I was having some dental discomfort on a day when I had to be in Williams Lake. I called when I arrived in town asking if they might have had a cancellation or something to permit me to be seen. My last minute request was received with sympathy and obvious genuine desire to help me out. But I honestly thought it was pretty hopeless. I left my number and voila! I got a call back shortly after saying that they'd found a way to squeeze me in. It would have been so easy for them to say "Sorry, we're full". And I really appreciate the effort and care that went into helping me be seen on such short notice. I'm always impressed with their friendliness and eagerness to help out, but this time was even more remarkable. Highly recommended!

The dentist and receptionist were great.they took me in an emergency situation, pulled a tooth and built a bridge until i can get a permanent one.totally recommend this place

Fantastic experience! I’m not one for the freezing part of the procedure but definitely 1st class in this department. Front end ladies are very helpful as well.

All staff are friendly, the staff know what they are doing.

I moved to town recently. First time visit! Everyone who I dealt with were both friendly and professional.

So i got mixed up with my appointment- thought t’was 3pm but it was 2pm, clinic phoned me if I am on my way, so I headed there. The staff are so amazing, greeted me and thanked me for coming. And Dr. Sharma and her assistant Lana were great. Keep it up guys!

My most recent experience here was above and beyond! Very wonderful. Shoutout to Katelyn my hygienist for being the most kind and caring person. The other staff were very helpful and friendly as well. I am so satisfied with their service to me, and thank y'all for taking care of my teeth.

Excelente service. Since the moment I came into the door to the time I exit the clinic the personal were very nice and attentive.

My husband Barry says he received Wonderful treatment from the entire staff: efficient, attentive, caring, gentle. His doctor called him at home the next day to find out how he was doing! Barry will be recommending Cariboo Dental Clinic to family and friends.

I called for an emergency and after not having been to the clinic before. I was quite anxious as I’ve put off dental work for a bit because of financial situation and I was so pleased with the service here and appreciated it so much. I was made an appointment quickly, everyone I dealt with were super nice and friendly and made me very happy to have gone in. Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone especially if you have anxiety about going to the dentist. Couldn’t of had a better experience.

I'm a 58 year old man, I had five (5) teeth pulled, The Doctor and his assistant were so nice and very kind all through the procedure, I did not even feel the needles. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.

Great experience today, cleaning and check up. Covid safety procedures were clear and the staff helpful. My dental hygienist (hope that's the correct title) was super friendly and kind and provided me with lots of tips to help me maintain my dental health.

Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking with were very sweet! The doctor and his assistant were amazingly quick with a filling and they were quite comical together.

The staff here treats you like an old and valued friend.when it comes to the work, they are the ultimate professionals.

Not sure what happened to Dr Clifford but that guy was by far the best person to ever work on my teeth. He was different from what you normally get at at a dentist but I enjoyed the man. Great music, great conversation, fantastic workmanship.

Amazing dental office to go too. Lady that checks temps, and does check ins, her name was Michelle, was very efficient and had a great personality.made me feel very welcome. Also when checking out, receptionists took care of me in a timely matter, and were very friendly. I will definetley continue to come to this office.

Wow! Totally impressed with how well I was taken care of. Having a huge fear of needles these folks here are very professional and caring, I couldn't be happier with the end result it was a painless Experiance. So if your one of those people who fears the needle take it from someone who's phobia was unbearable and keeping me from visiting the dentist for that reason.

I've been going to Cariboo Dental Clinic for a few years now. They are always so cheerful, and friendly. They are always asking how you are doing and if your experiencing any pain. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. I always strongly recommend them!

Very attentive staff, all protective procedures in place for Covid-19, dentist and assistant constantly checked on my comfort level during a stressful procedure, provided extra painkiller when needed. All in all a very satisfying dental experience.

Excellent service from every member of the reception area. I must admit that my husband and I have had our fair share of Dentists (as they come and go) over the past 30 years as well as a few different Dental Hygienists, but overall, my husband and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else as both of us are treated with respect and most importantly, we receive gentle care.

Dr. Jigar Nandola is the best. Went in for emergency dental and they got me in during a time when most offices were closed due to covid. My experience was as pain free as could be expected for having a tooth extracted. The team there is very efficient an knowledgeable! Thank you

Professional, friendly and thorough. Generally speaking, going to the dentist is on my top 10 least favorite things to do. But the way I was treated and every concern cared for with no wait times for x-rays and such.probably my best interaction with a business for 2020.
