Carl Rooms

Carl Rooms is not a nice place to live or even to visit. With black mold in the shared semi- private unsanitary bathrooms, and mice in the walls, I'd have to say that even if it were up to code and was safe living for people and pets, it should be condemned.

Only.because sandra lives there and has forever, she the pants wearing force that keeps that place on the straight and narrow path of living well in such a terrible rundown rooming house, and a lot of our best in the downtown east side like the big guy's frequent there and the staff can be very helpful.judgemental but helpful which is much more than most of the faulty sros in the downtown East side, even if they have excellent helpful useful caring staff, there such run down dump that the rats and mice move out after there first month of tendency, the agencys who run them only care about rent day, getting all there rents on time so there paid and not bothered by the fine print! Like having drinking water plumbing or garbage collection, let alone caring if there tenants live thru the fires they have daily! There is a fine selection of recreational entertaining stock, Jean's shirts pants soft hard side, and if you want to chek out theres produce for that to. All your needs in one stop!
