I took my infiniti to carline auto to have my exhaust looked at as it was making a raspy sound and I felt a vibration while driving. I left it there for a few hours and got a call back from the shop and was told I had a bent pipe that they did repair/fix. Safe to say that the unwanted noise and the vibrations I was hearing and feeling are basically all gone. When it came time to pay for the services they would not take my money! I was quite shocked. Thanks to the guys at carline auto, I got great service and they did the job for me at no cost! But please do not take advantage, I did leave them a “gift” of sorts. I will be recommending these guys for years to come and will always go back for any automotive repair I may need in the future. Cheers ;)

I am absolutely not telling you to not use carline’s services as I have only had one mildly negative experience with them.
I have used carlines services 5 times in total. I usually have a neutral experience with them, haven’t really had problems until today. I don’t know if the person I was dealing with was just having a bad day but the customer service provided was really frustrating and upsetting.
They tried to charge me $81 service charge even though I was told on the phone when making the appointment (and have gotten from them in the past) there is no charge to inspect the vehicle especially if it’s possibly a problem caused by a previous service I had them complete. The man spoke down to me about my financial situation after I reminded him that on the phone I was told I wouldn’t have to pay for them to look for a problem. I still offered to make some calls to come up with the $81 but I was dismissed and told “if you can’t afford to service your car, stop driving it. ” I understand why he’d say that but it was very unhelpful to the already high stress situation as I was trying my best to compose my tears. They ended up siding with me and not charging me which I greatly appreciate, but as a disabled indigenous woman, this man has no right or understanding to “advise me” that I need to park my car for 6 months and take public transportation instead. Even though my experience wasn’t the worst, and I ended up getting my way I won’t be returning, neither will my partner, or his family because we are uncomfortable with the situation and are questioning whether we can trust them to provide better customer service in the future.

I recently took my vehicle to these guys, and I’m very happy, I’ve been put through the ringer with shops, these guys got me in fast and where fair, honest, and jus awesome, I’m not going anywhere other then here when ever I need vehicles fixed, I’m over all jus relieved to have finally found a shop that I can trust
