We stopped for an appy lunch. Pachos for two and a Carlos roll. Wonton wrapped cream cheese and crab. It was a lot of food. Servers were great.

Went to carlos for a bite and Tamara and Kiana were awesome. So welcoming and loved chatting with them!

We had a table reserved for a birthday party. We had just sat down and ordered our first round of drinks. My friend was wearing a blouse with native artwork on it, and she went to the washroom. She passed a table of young white males and they spoke briefly about it being her birthday.
Then the waitress comes over and tell us that we are kicked out because she's intoxicated and 4 tables have complained. Literally she walk to the bathroom and back to the table.
We went to Kelly O'Brians and had no problems at all. There is no way that 4 tables complained about someone walking to the bathroom and back. We had just had our first drink. Complemented racist and will never go back.

Loved the service and atmosphere. I enjoyed their hot wings with blue cheese. Great drinks! Loved the Double Dogger

Food was good, it was decently busy therefore the service was slow, I was there an hour longer than I wanted to be.

Was there last night, very rude n arrogant staff! From the host to server n the bar tender, very rude! This was my second visit, was surprised to see the difference, the very first time we really felt good. Won’t visit again.

Dirty water glasses. We waited for over an hour for our food despite the restaurant being empty. Ordered a cold dish for appetizer that can be put together in 2 mins. No acknowledgment or apologies from the staff. My lamb burger patty was half the size of the bun. Fries were cold. Horrible experience with the food and service.

Food drinks and service were all awful, won't be back, if a chef can't make a steak sandwich then shouldn't be a chef, bartender can't make a Ceasar, then shouldn't be a bartender, if a server doesn't care about the customers, shouldn't be a server, don't know how this place is still in business

Their service is top notch! Greeted right away and taken care of the entire visit. Love the different seating levels and that they have a pool table. The pachos are like no other and the pacha sauce is amazing!

I had a friend visiting from Vancouver and they got in late tired and hungry. I had an experience with their sister co.on my Birthday and was very reluctant to go in here. But it was late we were hungry and decided to give it a go and we are sure glad we did! Service professional and caring. Atmosphere comfy and full of character. The food came out piping hot not warmish and it was fresh! YAY! That homemade Blue Cheese Dip is a perfect dip for wings and pork bites! We enjoyed our evening very much and to top it off, Ricards Red on tap! Score! We had a great night and really appreciated it very much! MUCH better than their sister co.down the street, thankfully! Oh and as a side note. Happy hours. YES! AND treated well on your Birthday whether you are alone or not! Fancy that! (the sister co made my Birthday evening alone in a new town horrible.) This may be my go to for my Birthday Next year! Highly recommend!

Top Pup in Kamloops we like the Rooftop and the great beer selection special the ales Great food huge portions.

We ordered through Doordash last night and spent nearly $70 on two meals, only the meals with no drinks. We ordered the burger, which was okay at best with fries. We also ordered the Chicken Lips chicken strips (appetizer). They tasted rubbery. And also ordered was a separate order of lattice fries. But what was delivered was regular fries, eventhough I specifically ordered a lattice fries order. I called them and all they could say was that they had a shortage of lattice fries and were being careful how they were being put out. In other words, it sounded like only the restaurant was serving them inside. On the order, it should of stated they were sold out of them then. Or reimbursed me for the fries. If I had known, I might have substituted the fries for a salad. I was not given this choice. They did not even follow up on this. Will not order from here again!

Great service, great drinks and the food is classic pub style with a flare. Can't go wrong here!

Came here for a friends birthday. What a mistake that was. I would never recommend someone spend money on the food here. The food I got litteraly un-edible and still got charged for it. Great service.not. Writing this review as I sit at the table. First time iv sent food back and it still comes back wrong and get charged for it like it's my fault. This is definitely the wrong establishement to spend any birthday at. Only thing they got right was the drinks. Poor service, even poorer food and they'll still charge you for it. Classy. Legit MacDonalds provides better customer service than this place, go to any other one of the great places downtown. Edit from original review: Two Weeks later still no "follow-up" as mentioned in their reply. Give your money to place that actually cares lots of great spots downtown it's a shame this is their standard here.

Apart from pachos, wings and pool table nothing's that great but not bad either. A cool place to hang out actually.

Nice customer service and a delicious fish and chips, though sad to say didn't serve the proper mushy peas just regular ol' peas (not mushed). All in all they weren't as busy as I expected for some nice cheaper eats. I was really tempted to have their lamb stew but it was a bit hot out. Nice ambience in the place and a time worth remembering when the drinks are up to your choice!

We had our struggle when we first went to Kamloops last year. But this year was great. And an amazing part of this greatness comes from Carlos O‘bryans Neighborhood Pub. The food was sooo amazing, the atmosphere absolutely stunning abs the service excellent. We sat on their rooftop patio and it was so lovely. Big recommendation.

We went there for the boccacini and tomatoe salad but they took it off the menu. Very disappointed. Had lettuce wraps

They always go above and beyond with their service and food, especially when allergies are involved. Thanks for being so awesome!

Our bartender was super friendly:) Heat lamps AND blankets (!) were offered as evening came creeping up. Service was super quick, caesars were spicy. We left very happy and will definitely be coming to visit again soon. Thank you!

Unpersonable staff, very mediocre food. It was my birthday, so I didn't have to pay for my meal. Thank god, because it was not very good. The lamb burger was cold and flavorless, the beef stroganoff tasted like beef jerky added to sauce. I expected edible food for $18-20 a plate. Will not be back.

I have come here a lot, can't believe I have not done a review! Ok, lunch (again) on the rooftop patio. Very quiet, very hot day! Great service, 2 servers looking after us. Fast service. I ordered the Greek Wrap, with Broccoli Soup. Very good. Partner had the Yorkie's, smelled and looked delicious. I had Ice Tea. Prices are what I call ' average '. It has a street level patio as well, as 2 floors of tables and bar's inside. Its a big place. I gave it 5 stars, as there was nothing to complain about.

Great birthday meal deal. $30 off the bill on your birthday if you bring a guest. Carlos is adults only whereas Kelly's is the family restaurant. Great service too!

Cary and I had so much fun. There is a wide selection of shots but our server helped us narrow down. They played the most perfect music. Patio was a good place to Enjoy our Saturday evening.

This place is very nice, it's a three or four story building however they're seating on each level and each level has its own bar which makes drink service quite quick. The menus not just your average pub food they seem to have a bit of a variety and some unusual pairings which makes things interesting.

Food quality is very good, and I found all the waitresses and staff quite personable. Almost everyone smiled waved or said hello on our trip up the stairs onto the rooftop patio, likewise when we left almost every one of them smiled waved and wished us well.

The one tricky part was getting to a menu, probably due to the apocalyptic virus no menus are presented rather you are asked to scan QR code to see the menu or visit their website. Which is okay but it is different than other places.

I would definitely visit this place again with friends or family or coworkers.
