The Hawaiian chagrilled chicken sandwich was top notch as were the jalapeño poppers. Delicious, clean, fast and friendly service. Lots of options in fast food, glad I found this one. Will be coming back. Highly recommend

Today I ordered the sweet spicy crispy chicken and it’s pretty good. The chicken is moist and fresh and with the right crispiness. Carl’s Jr.is probably one of my favorite fastfood joints because their burgers are always good.

The cashier did not seem like she wanted to be there. As I was ordering she kept crossing her arms.had a very rude attitude and a mean look as well. Worst cashier I've ever encountered. Was there March 20,2023 around 4: 30 pm. Tried to submit a feedback in the website but the chatbot does not work properly. Freezes after you input your email.

Fries were good. The chicken burger was quite small, kinda bland, not crispy, and overall pretty sad. McDonalds' chicken burgers are better which is incredibly sad haha. I'm wondering if the beef burgers are any better but I'm hesitant to go back being there are lots of great burger spots downtown that I know I'll enjoy. Prob won't be back here.

With every Super star bite, it send s yers back when I use to enjoy in UAE, it is called Hardees there. Excellent quality and service here and at Guilford branch; no quality sacrifice, 4 stars for the limited menu options

Took long. They were under staffed and over worked. The fountain drinks were warm, plus no ice.

One star because it's not possible to give negative. Terrible burger, burned and tasting bitter. And the soda machine was broke, no ice and hot drinks

Worst burger taste and when I asked the counter person why the taste is bad she said that it comes this way, also she doesn't know how to reprint the receipt. I have put in a complaint about the taste.

Apparent manager was a complete a-hole to us. We had a problem with our order, so we naturally requested for a change. Even though the food wasn’t even made yet, she rudely and abruptly denies (?). We asked why not, but she says the “food is already being made”, which it was clearly not- we were literally standing there as her and the other staff haven’t prepared it yet. We then asked for a refund, but she says the store doesn’t do that (?). At this point, we realize what kind of lazy and rude person we’re dealing with so we ask for the manager. She says she IS the manager, so “nothing YOU can do. ” We asked for her superior, she says “there is none. ” We asked if there is a number we can call, she says “there is none. ” She also claimed the store doesn’t have an owner too (?). Her incompetence continue to show as she burns something in the fryer, creating a cloud of smoke.

Completely unnecessary and utterly embarrassing situation. What kind of people are you hiring? What kind of service are you providing? Your so-called manager was simply too lazy to give us service.

If you’re wondering why your store isn’t doing well, this is one reason why.

The bread was not fresh and we had to remind the cashier about her own promotion posted on the outside of the restaurant.

Within the fast food class, I love the burgers at Carl's Jr. The poutine and onion rings were excellent too.

I arrived 10 min before closing.ordered a Western Burger.it wad the worst burger it was micrwaved as it was soggy.onion rings in burger very soggy very disappointed.door was locked when I turned around

I go here often. And honestly 75% of the time they mess up the order. It takes 15-20 minutes for a burger and even then you still better verify it’s the right burger because half the time it’s a burnt bun random burger they decided to make instead of what you ordered. Love Carls but holy god the people who work here are like slow motion sims characters.

Food was good but they had alarms going off in the kitchen the entire duration of our visit.
It was one of the most annoying dine in experiences I’ve ever had.

Very wet floor at the entrance and fell twice.

I tried to let the cashier know to put out a wet floor sign and they ignored me. Wouldn't acknowledge me at all.

Dirty, access for strollers was closed and when requested them to open they asked me to carry the stroller thru the stairs, they finally opened the door after I told them I had back surgery, but closed the door right after and when I wanted to leave it was the same problem.senseless.

Food is great but washroom so dirty.rather take out the food cause washroom so smelly and washroom door is broken.

Absolute trash service. I purchased food from them and the receipt which I needed for work came out illegible. I asked for another copy and they said that this is the best that I'll get. I then gave it to my work and obviously it was missing the GST #. I called multiple times through out a weeks period asking for it and not one employee could give me it even when I asked the manager they said to call back the next day and so I did and each time I got the same answer. I called them after a few days to ask again as you'd think they'd try and fix the issue with their machine which they never did. The business license should have it as well and I still get told they'll call me back in 5 minutes then it's an hour of me waiting before I have to call them back. For such a simple thing as a GST # which every business has to have it should've been an incredibly easy answer instead of me calling constantly.

It is my first time trying Carls burger. Overall, their burgers and onions ring are on the standard. Just feel I can’t really taste avocado sauce in the burger.

First time trying Carl's Jr and it's pretty good I must say. Ordered a family meal which came with 2 1/3 thickburgers, 2 hamburgers, 4 fries, and 4 soft drinks. Ordered another 3 double cheeseburgers. There was a promo on mobile bandit. The food tasted amazing. Comparable to the other fast food chains, this is definitely worth a try if you want something different. I have eaten quite a bit of fast food during my time and worked at a fast food restaurant and it's nice to change things up once in a while. Their dessert menu also looked enticing. Will be back to give it a try!

Food is ok for a fast food place. Service slowed down to a crawl though. Takes forever now to get your food.

Decent chicken sandwich. I came into Carl's Jr. Because I am missing going to the states right now. Not as good as the real thing but close. Quick service and hot food. Missing Hardee's though

They will provide you with coupon deal just like mcdonalds app. Yummy burger, really good fries and dont forget to order famous milkshake. This was very patient and knew what i wanted. 11am june 2 i give you kudos.

I forgot to bring lunch for school one day and Carl's Jr came to my mind. Carl's Jr was not too far from school, and I wanted to try this place see if it's better than A&W.

I was able to see the menu in the restaurant and via QR code on WhatsApp. I received the 25% off coupon code from WhatsApp and am not sure if there ate website coupons though.

Generally, Carl's Jr is like a mix of Burger King and McD. As in huge BK burger with thin patty and thin long fries from McD. Food costs more than BK. I personally think CJ is passable than A&W.

Burger was okay, and fries were fresh and tasty. I'd love to try their Chicken Burger one day!

Amazing shake and jalapeño poppers! Great comfort food and super cheesy! Definitely coming here again and recommending it to everyone!

Oh wow it’s our first time trying Carl’s Jr even though we heard about them for the longest time.

The burgers were huge! The bun is really sweet so that made it extra tasty! The poutine crisscross fries was pure melty goodness without being too salty.

Wish they had more locations available in my area so I can come back for more!

Just came here, the lady was polite and with full of patience. Service good and fast. Also food is fresh and delicious

Used to be a regular but I'm so disappointed they no longer offer the angus beef patties in the Thick Burgers.won't go back until they bring the thick angus beef patties back.

Burger patty comes overcooked, and price without the coupons is too much. Chicken burgers are goos though.

I have been to several Carl's, and love them. I find the burgers at this location to be the worst. Went back several times and same soggy burger. Way to much sauce onion rings were gross.

I've being a Carl's Jr.fan for many years but since covid the restaurant is closed so early and I went on time once and they only offered delivery.my heart gets broken every time I crave for it.

Found mold on the Bottom Burger Bun, the worst part was I found it on my last bite as I took the Burger out of the wrapper it comes in. Will never eat Carl's Jr. Again.

For fast food it was enjoyable to eat at a very reasonable price. If you like burgers check them out.a good selection on the menu. It is unfortunate there are not that many locations they are big and popular in the U. S.

We stayed in Vancouver and were surprised how fresh and good the food was here. What I liked best? No pretentions about what Carls is or does. Breakfast was quick, tasty, affordable and filling but it was a breakfast sandwich, similar to many around the city. Service was excellent - friendly and concerned with my experience, quick to offer assistance. I'll be back!

Food is okay but service is really bad. Your fountain drinks are tasteless and aren’t carbonated. The burgers are meh, nothing special.

Waffle fries to die for. Fair pricing, everything tastes great. Good variety for fast food. Only lost a point because the washrooms are somehow never not unbelievably gross. Occasionally also dont lock.

I went here to let my friend try a Carls.i am recovering from heart surgery and had to pass on the burger

The food like the other Carl's Jr obviously, but the restrooms very dirty and is a very small restaurant in downtown.

Very Bad service. They are selling Breakfast but no tea.she said no Hotwater then I order coffee then no milk, she said we only have cream. Finally ordered english muffin then their toster is not working. They are located inside the vancouver airport but horrible service and imagine how many Customers they are stressing up everyday who are in a hurry to get their flight.

I happen to be downtown and had to chance to go to Carl's Jr. This occasion actually has coupons from the app mobile bandit. The dining area is pretty nice there's a TV. The washroom has clean. This is my second Carl's jr. I've been to the first one close down. Overall not disappointed with my Burger.

Service was very slow and disappointing, I waited a very long time for a burger and some poppers. The location however is very clean and nice. Good view and there is a washroom which is an added bonus.
