Line went rather smoothly for being at an airport on a Tuesday an hour past 12 I ordered chicken club lettus wrapped 10.39 and fry for 3$ the staff was polite, totally came to 14$ I orderd my food at 1.26 and got it within 2 mins
frys were unsalted and chicken was not hot
overall I'd say a good place to hit up in the airport it you are flying domestic

Long slow lines. I had the breakfast combo. $12.50 The combo saves you a whole 20cents.
The sandwich was flavorless and the hash browns were in the smallest portion.
A captive audience is the only reason they are in business.

Never had a soggy wet charbroiled chicken burger ever. Hells wrong with you guys? You seriously have no pride in your food! My first time and certainly my last time at Carl Jrs.

Got the Super Bacon, nothing Super about it. One strip of bacon. Size does matter! You can’t show a picture of an BIG juicy burger and then serve a half the size flat burger. Now don’t get me started on the charbroiled, no grill marks at all, just tastes steamed at best.
Save your money

This is not fast food. This is the slowest food service you will find in the airport. There are not many options around, so if you are hungry you are pretty much forced to eat here.
The wait between I ordered and got my food was 30 minutes.
Only 1 person in the kitchen plus the cashier.

Had a couple lettuce wrapped burgers here (one original and one super bacon) and wow do I ever wish I ate the original first. The burgers are so flavourless I’m astounded, so the bacon really carried. However, the toppings are surprisingly fresh and tasty (onion and tomato especially), the lettuce wrap is well made, and the patties are a good size for what you pay for.

Not a lot of good food options past security here so I would come here again, its the lesser of many evils.

I was here at this is location inside YVR. I asked for burger and cashier served me the burger right away which was already packed. I don’t know how it has been ready for. Also, how old the beef patties could be. The meat was dry and the bacon as well. Also, I asked for no tomatoes but the burger had tomato in it. Really dissatisfied. It was my first time I tried carls jr.but definitely not going to try it again.

We waited 30 minutes to get our food. There were 3 people in the back, and the speed at which they were moving seemed like i was watching slow motion. They spilled a huge amount of pop on the floor and no one would clean it up. While standing there, someone came on to cover a break or a shift change, and they looked at the line and came out to get themselves a sprite. On the way back they said "its so messy out here". My lettuce wrapped burger was good, but my fiances bacon burger was tastless and had zero sauce. The drinks were flat. We also had 2 poutines, which were OK. For 45$ it was pretty disappointing. People need to hurry with a line up that long, and customes waiting to catch flights.

Fast food, don't expect much
Also important, they don't take coupons, they don't make any of the coupon items.

We were waiting to get on our delayed flight WS001 to Calgary and found that this was the only fast food place in the Domestic Flight Terminal. Most of the burgers were $9.69, but they only had 1/5 of the whole menu available. I was originally going to have the Hand-Breaded Chicken Swiss Bacon Burger, they didn't have that. I then asked for Chicken Strips, they didn't have that either. So I went with the Chicken Club Combo Meal. The fries felt like McDonald's and Five Guys put together, but I have never had Carl's Jr before. In the end, the food was nice, but they could've done with the full menu or better service. Didn't help that there was only 1 person taking orders.

The line was the slowest moving out of all the restaurants. Food delivery was exceptionally slow with one order being taken and cooked before another order was taken. You can only order combos so that wasn't the best start either, but the burger itself was so bland and tasteless. I don't think they even use salt on the patty. The pop station only had two pops available. Not worth the money - go somewhere else

Food was cold and my chiken undercook. They didn't have ice and the breverage were lukewarm. Overprice. 2 trio for 35$.

They ran out of regular fries and said they only have waffles fries for my combo. They charged extra for my waffle fries anyways… how can you do that?

I don't get why people complain about expensive price. Literally everything at the airport is overpriced. The airport doesn't have alot of option, so this does the job. Had good service, the burgers were ok. Good place to grab a bite while waiting for your flight.

Food decent. A bit disappointed they didn't honour any of the Carl's Jr Canada coupons but I guess it's at an airport.

The sandwich was so mushy and gross I had to throw it out. Coffee is awful too. If I could vote lower than 1 star I would. Spend your money somewhere else at the airport.

Waited in line for 30 min to find out that it will be another 25 minutes to get a burger. Didn’t have enough time to wait for the order to come….
Beware if you have a plain to board in less than an hour

After relizing the line was very long we decided to use the self serve touch screen. The cashier told us to wait in line. We asked why weren't we allowed to use the self serve screen and she just repeated for us to wait in line like everyone else. What's the point in the self serve then?

So there I am 7.5 months pregnant getting back into the long line to wait to order. While waiting 6 other people were allowed to use the self serve. Once we got up to order she asked us if we ordered yet. When we asked why we were allowed to order before like everyone else she said nothing. She was so cold and rude.

Food was good. But my pregnancy hormones got me crying in a Carl's Jr line because she wouldn't let a pregnant lady use the self serve screen but let everyone else.

Not sure why this place has 1.7 stars. The kids behind the desk work hard and the food was good - especially the fries. The young lady in hijab who greeted everyone and bid them a good day when handing them their bags made it an even better experience. Sure, it's not a five star kind of place but I would absolutely eat there again.

Terrible - I never write reviews but feel inclined if it’ll help save at least one person from eating here. Overpriced, greasy, seemingly undercooked, one of the worst experiences eating a burger ever. Staff was nice, but goodness gracious was that a horrible meal. Please please please heed my advice and don’t eat here.

One word slow
do you want to miss your flight come here.
It’s quicker to go out of security to get food.
45 minutes in the lineup I give up.
Never again.

Only one self serve ordering machine, if the person in front of you doesn't know how to use the machine, everyone behind the line is stuck. Unfortunately this is the only burger place post security check around gate B

- there is an ordering screen, which the lazy staff will rudely point you towards. It took my money two times as confirmed by my bank and after taking my money, and airport food isn't cheap. So I'm poor now.

Go anywhere else.
You'd be better off eating wood chips from the planter out next to the store.
