Overall was ok. The soda fountain was just sugary water.

The customer service was good.
I heard the other branches are better in quality.

Definitely not one of those oh wow moments the food is okay for the price it is average for a fast food establishment

Staff was friendly but the food was super underwhelming. Poutine had like 4 cheese curds in it, burger was pretty bland.

Can't comment on the atmosphere as we went through the drive thru but the food was ok it wasn't hot like I would expect from fast food it was like warm my wife had chick strips which were perfect and would come again n come into the restaurant

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We were the only ones in the lobby waiting. Drive thru was somewhat busy but they definitely took priority. After we ordered we got our drink cups. Pop was flat, and the ice machine was clogged/not working. They were very understaffed. (Only 2 people working.) But.we waited 45 minutes for FAST food. When we got home we were very disappointed. Our fries were stone cold. Burgers were all wrong. Lettuce was wilted and browned. Ontop of all that, our 3 meals came to 70$! Will never be back.

Every time wife can have dairy NO cheese and they confirm no cheese when she gets home guess what CHEESE and no it is melted to burger

Horrible! This place is not fast food. You wait in the drive through 20 plus minutes for them to give you the wrong order! They are clueless there. Last time ever going.

Absolutely terrible customer service! They made a sandwich wrong and instead of just fixing it, the lady started raising her voice at me telling me that I ordered things that I did not order. Will never ever go back to this location - worst service I've ever received!

Nothing was good.

Ate here last week. I hadn't been there in years. The Chris cut fries were pretty soggy. The girl on the window wasn't the greatest either. Handed me a couple things and then close the window. I had to go through everything that she had in me and make sure everything was there before I drove away.

The food tasted actually fresh unlike McDonald's and other fast food chains the fries were actually crispy thanks for the good experience

Waited 12 minutes in an empty drive threw for 2 burgers with cheese.received 2 burgers without cheese even though i was charged for cheese.

I wish I read the reviews for this location before i waisted my entire lunch brake on barley warm garbage.

If customer service is important to you - steer clear from Carl’s Jr. Redeemed the 4 can dine coupon (4 burgers, 4 regular drinks, 4 regular fries and 4 cookies) via drive through. First were denied in selecting milk or juice options for our kids. Second, we noticed there were no cookies in the bag. When we asked the cashier where they were and if we can have them, they said “we don’t give those out anymore” yet the coupon clearly stated otherwise and was valid through October 2022. Reported the issue to head office which they’ve mentioned their store management team will contact me which they haven’t. Not impressed due to the lack of urgency in dealing with this issue.

Me and my hubby were at Carl's jr on Sunday July 17 and it was awfull burgers dry and we also ordered zucchini strips have had them before anyway they gave us 4and half strips and they were broken over cooked so my hubby went in and requested to redo this is terrible. The counter lady said your being rude and also she stucked her finger right into the zucchini strips on purpose. The manger finally made new ones and they were ok so warning your hard earned money they don't care what they serve you.

Best Carl's Jr.in the lower mainland! I've been to others and they're just not the same for some reason!? This last time I was greeted by the most pleasant staff member ice encountered in recent history. Quite refreshing.

First and last time! We waited in Drive thru for over 20 mins. The speaker was oddly located before the menu board, so being unfamiliar with the setup, I assumed the speaker was located at menu board, like 99% other drive thrus, and drove past it! I figured it out too late to back up, and there was a truck on my bumper. The worker at the speaker could not get the order correct, even though I was speaking very loudly so it would reach the speaker, so eventually we just said yes, it's fine. The line was sooooo slow, it was bizarre! We had a meet up arranged with family, and we left plenty of time to go through to get a quick bite to eat. The truck in front was exasperated with their interaction as well, and we watched him hand cash back and forth several times, and then they must've got the order incorrect because the other driver gave the food back to whoever was working the window. I could see him explaining patiently what he wanted and it was a crazy long period of time, and then they finally received their order and exited the drive thru. At this point, we were late for our meet up, and we just kept on driving past the window without our food that we waited so long to receive. I will never EVER go here again! I've never seen anything so dysfunctional in fast food industry, and hope we never do!

All I can say is dirty dirty dirty went there and it wasn't busy but all the tables where dirty and even the cashier's was dirty too walked out

They're supposed to be open at 10: 30am, we waited until 1045 and then the fryer wasn't ready yet so we couldn't get fries or any of the burgers requiring the fryer. I hadn't ate at Carl's jr since I was in Mexico so I was super excited when I saw one driving through Chilliwack but they totally ruined my experience. Unacceptable!

Drove down from promontory, picked up order, got back home. It was all wrong.: (. Shame on me for not checking the contents of every wrapped burger. Not thrilled, but not worth the drive back across town. Used to be good, but going downhill fast.

Didn’t give me a fork for my poutine. The thick burger combo was misleading, looked different in person then the picture majorly.

Fast, friendly service. Food is always hot and fresh. Worth waiting a couple extra minutes in drive-thu for hot food.

I don't k kw what else to say about this place. One time the food is great, the next time is super greasy. If it's good it's good, but just beware you might get it on an off day.

Manager of chilliwack location Mr. Mohit deal customers complaint as he is some gangster and showing attitude in same way as he owns the company. I just wanted something thats in picture not something that francise ownder operators buy from superstore or walmart to make company fool to make more money.
No person working in that locatoin have name tags, Mr. Manager refused to give name of the cashier who took my order and on returning false order she told that pic is edited, mr mohit refused to give his last name and replied you are not inviting me to some function that you need my last name, gangster dialogue he said that i am well known in company call anyone, i was there to fight. I went their order my food, paid my bill and i wont accept when i dont get whats advertised. Why the names
Of this store people are confidential? While leaving store he said i should just ask refund and leave. Did i came to order return and leave? Please tell him show attitude to someone, who he feed free. It was not defining me its was defining his character only. I will do my part on social media for sure. Please check pics how franchise owner operators make money by selling you cheap food vs advertised. Be aware of this lovation

Went through the drive thru tonight. Got burgers. Order came to 6.35 gave her a 5$ bill twoonie, a quarter, a dime. She gave me 5.c and shut the window, as I try and tell her she owes me a dollar, she argued with me until the cows came home, got my $1 told her your governed under a corporate franchise, you shouldn't be shorting people, not before she rolled her eyes n slammed the window on me and walked away.

I was disappointed by the service at the drive thru last night. After waiting patiently to place my order. It took about 3 minutes to get to the window to pay. When i asked the young lady to repeat my just to make sure she got right. He replied was: "I don't have time to repeat your order we have a line up and we about to close" I was shocked, by her tone, the word, and the attitude. I ask for her name, which she says was Kamal. I paid against my spouse will because she became inconfortable ordering food from a place like this.
I am not sure if the burger was already made. But it is far from what i experience from other Carl's Jr locations. After few bites, we put them in the garbage. I hope she is not related to the owner if not this employee deserve to be fired.

Ordered western chicken burger. Was to come with onion rings on the burger. Which did not have them attitude from the guy behind the till. Asked for ketchup gave me 2 for 2 orders. Asked for more I got 2 more. Asked for napkins in the bag he snapped.

Watch your burgers to make sure they are what you ordered. Never noticed as we ate on the road.

Got a Lettuce wrap and fries, done really well. Fresh fries and well wrapped burger. Most places don't do it well. Very impressive

We ate here this week and they forgot my poutine. They argued with my brothers wife that it was not forgotten (wasn't in the bag?) The guy was actually quite short and rude. He also made her wait on the phone for 15 minutes (hoping she would hang up?) to finally offer a free poutine for the next time. As someone who used to come to this location so much that they gave me a VIP card, this was pathetic.

Such a great experience. We showed up right at 7: 00pm not knowing they were closed. We just finished a 10km hike at the Othello Tunnels and the kind worker reopened his doors and cooked us hot fresh food to order. Another couple walked in and he greased them with the same smile and great customer service. I highly recommend this Carl’s Jr. We go every time we pass through Chilliwack!

Waited in drive thru for 3 milkshakes, ended up having to go inside because the milkshakes were warm. It should have been simple, go inside and show them the milkshakes and get new cold ones, but instead it took quite a bit of convincing to have then remake our milkshakes and they were very rude and quite defensive about the quality of the milkshake instead of the real issue which was the fact that they served is warm milk. I will not be back here

Food and their customer service is good, but they should hire more staff so people have to wait less.

Would have given 0 stars for Poor quality of food, (even for a small price) But I gave 2 stars because their customer service is ok and their beverages are good lol

So bummed they closed the Coquitlam location! Their burgers are delicious, love the waffle cut fries and the coffee shake is so good. The 2 for $5 Big Burger deal can't be beat!

Basic fast food. Burger had good flavor, fries were lacking flavor (not even basic salt), and overpriced for what we ordered.

I brought my family here on family day expecting regular fast food. They have the most DELICIOUS VEGETARIAN options, my meat eating boyfriend couldn’t tell the difference! And when I say the place is SPOTLESS, modern, & SO comfortable, I mean it! The staff seem to care about their customers. They make delicious food. This place was way beyond fast food, it was a whole EXPERIENCE. 5 STARS! Very memorable!

Hit and miss. All of our burgers were dry and disgusting. The restaurant seats were covered in sticky pop.

I ordered 2 meals received the coffee I had ordered first. It was 3/4 the way full, so I asked the girl working to top it up, she snarled me at and rolled her eyes while dropping her jaw. I was complete disbelief at her reaction to my simple request. She had handed us our food forgot the drink went to the back to do whatever she does. And came back 2 minutes and then thought that somebody else had helped me with my drink. And she gave me even more attitude again. Brutal service but I will say there food is amazing. I am never returning here again and I hope someone at this store who cares will read this because this was he worst experience through a drive thru in my entire lifen

This is the only place I go to now for burgers, since last month. Every time burgers are tasty and quality is way better then other fast food burger places. Also service is excellent very friendly people working their.

I just had my first burger at Carl’s Jr. Great burger, very tasty. Very reasonably priced only $7.99 (cheaper than McDonalds or A&W, and much tastier - just like home grilled but with better toppings)! Plus NO line up at the drive through, and fast courteous helpful service! Thanks! I will definitely come back!

Ordered 4 burger meals, was placed in the smallest bag got home went to exit my truck and the bag ripped! Call and they won't even offer to replace my dinner for my family or a credit wow! Will avoid that place now because of that! Usually always a great place but the lack of customer satisfaction is unreal

2 for 5 burgers were better than you would expect of a fast food chain + we were at the drive thru 10 minutes before they were meant to open but they took our order and had them ready within 5 minutes, great service

Best burger ever according to my partner and the veggie burger I purchased was delicious. Everything was complimentary to the beyond burger. Staff was frenzied but orders out in a timely fashion and very hot.

One of the better burgers I've had in quite a while. It tasted like a old fashion cheeseburger and it satisfied me. I we'll go there again before I would go else where.

I love Carl's Junior, there burgers taste homemade and are definitely worth the cost. If you love a good burger with some great crosscut fries and a homemade milkshake your missing out if you don't go here.

The only thing better than their burgers are the smiles that greet you at the drive thru or in the store. Although their ethnic diversity is in question, the entire team there cranks out consistently good tasting food and smiles.

The venue has comfortable seating and a couple TVs with entertaining content.

Not bad for fast food, i was the only one there and had to wait, which means they cooked 'er up, no gross meat that sat there for a few hours, fries and burger were hot and fresh.

It was my first time trying Carl's Jr. Man why did I not try their burgers earlier. Their burger was beyond my expectation of fast food chain burger. Burger was fresh, hot, and juicy. Service a bit slow considering there were only three guests including myself but the food was good, the staff who served us was very friendly and restaurant was very clean and cozy so I have no complaints.

Drive thru felt a bit slow for the time of night, but if you have just an ounce of patience in you then its worth it. I reccomend the Hawaiian burger with crisscut fries. Always satisfies the craving!

Advertised hours are completely wrong. Waited 30 minutes to find out you decided to just not update anyone else that you’re opening late.

But the bun fell apart after 2 bites.
Need stronger buns that hold together. But it turns out they have two types of buns so I just don't order the crumbly one so all is okay and the restaurant is great.

Coupon was a joke. Kid size fries and drink and burger for 14.99. If you want an upgrade you have to pay more. Very deceitful.
