I loved their Original Angus initially I tried a basic beef cheeseburger, and it was OK. For my beef burger fix, Angus is amazing. Their fries are amazing too. Getting Angus cravings just thinking about it. Reasonably priced as well.

Cheeseburger. I ordered and paid for a cheeseburger. After waiting 20 minutes for a cheeseburger, the cashier handed me a burger with a piece of cheese, lettuce and 1000 island sauce. I opened the package and looked at it, immediately pointing out and showing it to him "This is a cheeseburger? " To which he boldface lied and said yes, despite the cheeseburger picture showing ketchup, mustard and pickles. I took a bite and the 1000 island dressing was too much. I disassembled the sandwich, put it on the counter and pointed out they gave me the wrong order. I wasn't about to wait 20 more minutes for a bloody cheeseburger. Left without a refund.

Nothing special, you can get about the same from places like Burger King or Wendy's. The restaurant was okay seating wise but one of the lights was flickering.

This Carl’s Jr.is a real disappointment! The expensive tasteless, small cheeseburger that was described as a Big Carl is garbage. I had a combo with a very small order of fries and small soda for over $16.00 “rip off”! Carl’s Jr.in America is much better and much better food value. Save your money go someplace else! The men’s washroom was disgusting!

I don’t eat here very often, but when I do the food is always great and so is the service. I ordered through Uber they didn’t have an extra sauce option. I wrote a note about it and asked for an extra sauce, they included one free of charge! In exchange, I wanted to give a good review. Highly recommended!

I ordered burgers and the cashier misunderstood that with different order so i told her this is not what i ordered politely
(and it’s not a prob ‘cause we do mistake) when i saw the receipt, instead of saying sorry she’s glaring and called the manager to void the items. She’s not looking at me but i can see that she’s frowning. Bad service! Nextime i will remember your name.

Milkshake was good. Burger basically tasted like a whopper and was cold, fries were cold and old. There is a tablet ringing at the cashier while she's trying to work. She's busy entering I think online orders instead of serving people in store.altogether pretty boring place nothing special. Might as well go to Burger King the food was very similar

I order 1 chicken meal and mention no bacon but i still get bacon in my burger also 1 order to chicken tripes but its really bad.
Its my first time here and its really bad experience.

Must be new staff.went back to give it another try and way better service and attitude from the staff.even tossed us a free item for a slightly longer wait.much better experience

The store wasn't even busy. I ordered two Junior burgers and I had to wait while the cooks chatted.
The food was cold and tasteless.
This visit was a complete disappointment.

Their burger taste even better than TripleO's burger. I really loved it. The burger's patties is soft and juicy. Price not much different from TripleO's. The only thing I don't like about this place is their cleanliness. The tables and floor are sticky. The whole environment make you feel uncomfortable when you dine-in.

Not bad burgers and fries. But little more expensive than other burger joints. About the same quality interior as other places as well. With the coupons, we had a pretty good decent meal combos. We were full when we came out so portion size seems pretty decent. This place is attached to the Guildford mall so it is quite convenient.

The bottom of the bun was falling apart, the lettuce piece was hard and thick and there was too much sauce, everything was slipping out and it was a huge mess to eat. It seems like the same beef patty as Burger King. I would rather get a whopper than this famous star cheeseburger. I am greatly disappointed: (

Use the Santa's deal package. Free bag and free 4x cookies. Ask 2 times for the cookies, only on black friday! Lol. Owner please read the website with the deal and show me this specific day. My kids was sad and them I keep the receipt because we can read 4 cookies free. Thank you for the service keep going.
Up date: After 3 e-mails, NO REPLY from Carl's Jr. May be in 2022, I hope. Up date: 22th January NOTHING.customer service doesn't exist. Never go back. Poor services.

Love the chicken sandwich! Two thumbs up for a first timer, will definitely eat with fam next time!

The owner of that restaurant attended us and he was very polite and friendly. Food was excellent in presentation and temperature. It was my son's birthday and he wanted to go there. My wife asked him if they offered anything to birthday kids and he said no but he said he would give him anything he wanted and gave him a delicious milkshake. The restaurant could use some more lighting and some music. They should polish their windows too. Other than that, it's a very good place overall.
