Best arrachera I have had since I moved to Vancouver. All the staff is very kind and friendly. You get everything for Mexican products. Including Menudo and Pozole supplies. Come early on Saturdays, they have Carnitas.

I bought a package peruvian sauce from them, it cost me 10 dollars and once home I realized it's been expired since August 2021.please check the expiry date before selling something to your customers

We are regular customers here and I’m sad having to change my review… the last two times the service is a bit rude, not a greeting, no a thank you, nothing… the young girl wearing glasses who attended us before is very nice but this older lady doesn’t have a manner with clients.
I called as usual to order carnitas michoacanas for Saturday and we were told before by the nice young lady with glasses that if we order in advance we don’t have to line up, instead we can knock in the back door and they would handle the food to us there and pay, which we did before very fast and friendly, this time I called and I just wanted to politely remind them that we would meet them in the back as we did before and this other lady answered very quickly and a bit exasperated a: - “NO, we don’t do that, if there’s is a line outside you have to wait and line up”.
I can totally understand if you change the rules as you are the ones working there, but there’s a polite way to talk with customers and telling them about how others customers complained because they are waiting, I honestly understand that, we don’t have problem lining up outside as long as you’re providing friendly service and good food.
The other thing is that we ordered 1.5 kg, I asked if they used kg or lb and they said kilos… I know this is not too much difference but still you should give the clients what they’re paying for, we had 1,406 gr of meat instead of 1,500 gr. So disappointed.

Great variety of meat cuts and Latin American imported products. I even found a hot sauce brand from my hometown there! Accesible prices and great customer service.

Great products from Mexico and they are not that pricey. The staff tries their best to keep all the surfaces clean and sanitized. Highly recommended
