We had an amazing experience with Carpet Gallery & Flooring. We recently renovated our house, we had Parm come in do measurements right away. We selected our floors and Parm arranged for our old flooring to be ripped out and disposed just within few days! We were on a time crunch to get our renovations done so the promptness on Parm's part was highly appreciated! We have an old house which required lots of prep work to make sure the flooring was perfect, Parm and his team did exactly that! I appreciate them going the extra mile to make sure we had perfect flooring. Our old floor was creaky and sinking in areas - our new flooring installed by Carpet Gallery & Flooring has no creaks, its level with the entire floor and has brightened our place up so much. We also installed Vinyl flooring in our entry which also brightened up our entryway. As we are a family with very young children we went with the option to have waterproof hardwood, definitely worth it! All in all we had a very positive experience with Carpet Gallery & Flooring and would definitely use their service again for future projects! Thank you Parm & team!

Best quality and service. Always showed up on time. I had a minor carpet bulging issue with one of the rooms about a year after the installation. It was probably due to heavy furniture. I informed the owner and they showed up next day to fix it. They even moved the furniture out of the room and fixed the issue at no cost. Highly recommend these guys.
