I have been to this dental office a number of times and the team goes the extra mile to make the visit as relaxing as possible. I have a lot of anxiety when I get dental work done and the team here puts me at ease.

The dentists here are friendly enough and the front desk ladies are absolutely some of the nicest I’ve ever come across, however the real star of this review is my hygienist Sandra. She is warm, kind, and very gentle with her cleaning. She takes the time to ensure you’re comfortable, and is very generous with numbing if you’re sensitive like me. 10/10!

I have a phobia of the dentist and a bigger phobia of needles! I didn’t feel any pain and this dentist office! It was quick very friendly and it was pain-free! Best dental clinic I’ve ever been to in my entire life! Every single person had outstanding customer service skills! Outstanding job

Best dental office I’ve ever visited! They fixed old, poorly-done fillings that were leaking from my dentist back in Ottawa. Further discovered that I’ve been grinding my teeth to the point of chipping them, so prescribed and fitted me a night guard (I also discovered this is the root result of neck pain I’ve been seeking chiropractic and acupuncture treatments for)!

Friendliest, most compassionate staff! I moved away from West Kelowna but will still be commuting to visit them because they are truly worth it for the great service and treatment results you will receive.

5 stars isn’t enough! I would give this clinic 500 stars. They were friendly, took their time with me, answered all of my questions and reassured me through the whole process. I would recommend this dental clinic to anyone and will be bringing my kids here.

I was referred to Carrington Dental office by a friend when I had decided to look for a new Dentist closer to me following the departure of my Dentists in Rutland. I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and care given by Dr. Powell. Then with Dr. Cutler months later to get some work. They both go out of their way to ensure the patient's comfort. The rest of the the staff including the Dental Hygienists and Receptionists are always friendly and courteous; would recommend.

If you’re looking for a first class, friendly and easily accessible Dental Office, then this is where you should visit when the need arises. You will not be disappointed with their full services and qualified doctors and staff. This is a wonderful Dental facility, so happy we chose them for our West Kelowna family.

Such a great dental office, the staff are amazingly kind and they treated my 6 year old so well during his appointment. Would highly recoment this place.

Dr. Magda Munoz is extremely attentive, detail-oriented, and undoubtedly one of most knowledgeable dentists out there who always seeks best possible solutions and provides quality care for her patients. Her top priority is always maximizing health and well-being of her patients and it clearly shows every time I see her In the office.

I also had a pleasure working with Robyn (dr. Munoz assistant) several times. Last time I saw her, I did Zoom whitening and she was able to get my teeth 3-4 shades lighter. I couldn’t be happier with my results. Robin is a professional, friendly and highly skilled individual. I can’t wait to work with her and the whole Carrington team again in the future!

After being referred by a friend who went to Carrington Dental for a similar procedure and raved about their visit, I just want to say. WOW. JUST ABSOLUTELY WOW. From the moment of our initial consult for my 7-year-old daughter to our appointment for her tooth filling and tooth extraction, this team is beyond amazing. Dr. Keegan Agnew far surpasses what his bio says about pediatric dentistry. He has calming patience and fabulous compassion care. While my daughter eased through the administering (thanks to the description through child-like wordplay of what he was doing regarding the tools being used and the explanation of the procedure), she had a difficult time with the extraction. That tooth with its angled roots was holding on for all it was worth (baby tooth, more like many root). He delicately provided a child-led experience, which involved many breaks in between and tender reassurance that all is ok, no matter the choice my child made. I assure you after previously being a dental assistant many moons ago, Carrington Dental far surpasses intuition both in professional care and bedside compassion.
I have intentionally omitted another key component of this experience. All commendation and worthy praise goes to McKenna. In her bio it says she enjoys extractions, I would describe it as more of an innate passion. She was extremely calm and relaxed, and undisturbed by whatever external factors were in play. Her main focus was to guide my little one away from tension and turbulent feelings into a more halcyon experience. She provided warmth with a fuzzy blanket, she administered various therapeutic methods to reassure and strengthen her mind and confidence in the procedure. McKenna has a very mellow yet assuaging personality. Even though my little one did have some moments, while going through those emotions, she said to me, “Mom, they are so nice and caring. ”
Last but certainly not least, is the front desk staff. The concern they had and the genuine feelings of understanding that they displayed, made me feel remarkably seen, heard and validated in my experience as a mother. I felt so supported.
All in all, this is an amazing team of well-versed individuals, who synchronize almost effortlessly to give an all round beyond excellent visit to the dentist.

Love my dentist and all the fantastic staff here! Always make me feel comfortable and are very knowledgeable. So happy to have found Carrington Dental after moving up here. Highly recommended!

Dr Dahlman removed a broken tooth from my mouth today,
no pain during and after the surgery, very professional!
And the cherrie on top was, last night they called to make sure I was ok.

Dr. Powell and staff always greet and treat our family with so much respect and comfort. My daughter had severe dental anxiety and since going to Carrington Dental, her anxiety has been completed eliminated. They are patient, take their time, genuinely care and treat us like family! We travel all the way from Lake Country to receive the care we do at Carrington!

All the staff including Dr. Powell are friendly and very good at what they do. I have recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so.

We moved to West Kelowna 19 years ago and thankfully found Dr. Gary Powell as our dentist. He has been excellent.in his old building, and in his Carrington location. Our family has never had a negative experience and have appreciated having a dentist/hygienist/front end staff that are professional, considerate and very detail-oriented. Our experience with Carrington Dental has been nothing but positive Please don't retire early Gary!

Had some major restorative work completed at Carrington Dental. Suffered NO discomfort whatsoever over 9 months of procedures and monitoring. Dr. Gary Powell, Dr. Darren Dahlman and staff are all so pleasant, professional, and highly trained in the latest dental science techniques. They're tops when it comes to your chops. Highly recommended.

My dentist is Dr. Cutler, he is incredible! He is patient, he is kind, and thorough. I really appreciate that he explains exactly what is going on with my teeth, and what we can do about it. His assistants are amazing ladies, they are so kind, knowledgeable, and really express how great it is to work with him. The lovely ladies at the front, are fantastic! There aren't surprises when you come up to the counter, after your treatment. They take the anxiety out of the paper side of things. I am new to the area, and I can't tell you enough, about how happy I am to have found a great dental office. Carrington will always be my spot for dental work!

This would be a good place for dental work, that is if they can manage to schedule you in successfully. 3 different times they rescheduled me for a simple teeth cleaning. Today makes four times for the same appointment, no thank you. I will go somewhere where they appreciate my business.

Like a lot of people I have a wretched fear of the dentist, but the entire staff puts you at ease from the moment you walk in, the hygienists are so attentive and kind. Dr Cutler goes above and beyond making sure all is well, he even personally called my husband after having quite the procedure done making sure he was okay, he was available day and night for any concerns. I would highly recommend them.

I have never had a bad experience at this dental office. The receptionists at the front bend over backwards to make everything work smoothly for you. The hygenists are gentle and very informative. And all the dentists are so caring over your comfort and safety. They explain everything so you are always at ease. The entire atmosphere is all about good energy. How refreshing!

Everyone I interacted with at this clinic were so friendly and kind. I was booked in super quick too. Both Dr. Mansfield and the hygienist were super nice and made me feel very comfortable when I am usually very nervous at the dentist. The support staff were very helpful as well. I can’t say enough about the amazing girls at the front and Dr. Mansfield. Dr. Powell is also just fine. Not a personal fan of the other dentists but that will not stop me from going. I have got my dental work done for years at this clinic. Darcy is amazing and the staff are incredible always done the best with repairing all problems that we have had. Dental work is expensive but they work with you and set up an affordable plan.

Dr Baradoy did such a wonderful job doing Cosmetic Dentistry on my two front teeth that had previously chipped. He was so gentle and patient and explained everything as he went along. I was so pleased with the results and now I have a beautiful smile. The staff was really friendly and everyone went out of their way to accommodate me. I had a really traumatizing experience at Carrington Dental Centre. The dentist was performing a very simple procedure, replacing an old filling with a new one. My jaw was over-extended these block that were shoved between my molars. The next day my jaw sealed shut and it took 3 months before I could speak properly. Now it's almost 1 year later and I'm still seeing regular physio therapy and massage to manage the pain/immobilization. I never received an apology: (
