We have used Isherwood recently and have had awesome service right from calling in to book an appointment to picking up our vehicle. All the staff and management were great to deal with! Thank you for making the process easier for us!

Called in about information regarding next steps for our ICBC claim. The
person answering the phone was quite rude and dismissive. Thankfully other places in town are more helpful.

I’m from Victoria. I was visiting friends in Duncan I had issues with my front bumper, dragging on the ground. Stopped in at Isherwood. They were absolutely great. Put everything back together so I could get home safely

Worst experience at a body shop I have ever had and worst estimator I have ever dealt with I would leave zero stars if that was an option!

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I had to get my bumper repainted after getting rear ended and they did an amazing job and made it look like new! Very quick too. I definitely recommend going to Isherwood if you need any body work done on your car!

Very disappointed, Called there and was immediately told "we don't work on cars that old". It's body work, metal is metal. Will never recommend or go there again.

Have used their services twice now- once when they were just moving to their current location from over by the golf course for auto body repair services and now a second time years later for a windshield replacement. Great friendly service, car looks fantastic couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend to anyone- always worth the wait, they will have your car back to you looking better than new wether you require large or small repairs.

Courteous and professional service, helped me get the process started quickly. Work was completed faster than expected, and my truck looks great!

Isherwood went over the top to help me out and I would like to thank them highly! The staff is amazing to deal with, friendly and accommodating. They made it feel like I had been dealing with them for years.

They helped me on multiple fronts, including:
-My incident happened at the intersection Infront of their office and they provided me security cam footage.
-They took my car in right away, had a quote to ICBC within a few days and got parts ordered asap.
-Then the biggest thing is they bailed me out with a loaner car while we waited on parts, I had found out that I didn't have loaner coverage. It was amazing to be able to carry on with life while we waited on parts.
-Final product is amazing, my car looks/drives like it did before the incident and I am happy to be back in my ride.

I would recommend Isherwood to anyone needing some body work on their car. They are very friendly and accommodating. The job on our car was flawless. Very pleased with their service.

Very quick to respond and made all arrangements/approvals with ICBC, got the required parts and scheduled the repairs to fit my needs. Repairs were quick and thorough.even found a crack I hadn't noticed. The complimentary loaner vehicle was the cherry on top! I'm more than pleased with the service and won't hesitate to recommend Isherwood to anyone who asks.

I have used Isherwood twice now and both times they have been fantastic!

The first time was for major repairs to my vehicle after someone drove into us. The customer service was easy and delightful and the repair thorough.

The second time was for a windshield replacement. It was done so quickly AND when I picked up my car it was crazy clean. Inside and out! In fact it was so well done I came here to share that… and I rarely write reviews.

Absolutely fantastic service! Not only did they finish the repairs to my car 3 days before I was expecting, the car was fully washed and detailed when I picked it up! Very impressed and happy with the service!

I expected there to be an issue of the paint not being perfect or still being able to see where the damage was. I can't see any of it. It looks like new. I am impressed.

They said it'd be done in 3 days and it was. The price the quoted is what they did the work for. They were friendly and efficient.

Was in for a bumper and tail light repair today. I was really pleased with the service. They worked well with me in a preliminary meeting to get the info and parts needed for the work. When the parts were in it was a very short time to book an appointment. I was dropped off at work while the repairs were carried out and were completed in what I thought was a very reasonable time. Vehicle was returned to me in great shape and very clean. I feel I was treated respectfully, fairly and efficiently. Would definitely have more work done there.

Sorry, I hit the 'Post' button before realizing that this was where I should post comments. Every aspect of my experience was top notch, from dealing with staff, to completion of repairs, to exceptional detailing of the entire vehicle. Thanks for great service.

They are all so friendly and kind! I got there 30 minutes early accidentally and they didn't mind. They let me hang out while my daughter and I waited for our ride. It was a great experience!

I had my rear bumper cover replaced and they were FANTASTIC from start to finish. I've definitely never had a better experience at an autobody place. Just really pleasant and accommodating.

We had occasion to have Isherwood repair damage done to the driver's corner of our car. The service was prompt, fair, courteous, thorough and professional. The rental car they provided easily met our needs. When they were unable to get one part (a systemic problem the current auto supply and repair industry), they called us and updated us immediately, which was much appreciated. When we picked up our car it was detailed on the inside! That was an unexpected but much appreciated treat! They even took our car to their exterior car wash as we were picking up our car. I hope we don't require their repair services again, but if we do, they will be our first stop and preferred business with which to deal. Well done! Cannot recommend them highly enough!

We ran into some issues with a bumper coming off our car on our holiday. We pulled in and was greeted with friendly service. They helped us right away so we could enjoy the rest of our holiday on the island. Best service ever

Replaced the rear bumper on my F350 in a matter of hours and cleaned up the outside and inside like it was brand new! Lee was a pleasure to deal with.

Nikki and the staff at Isherwood went above and beyond. I'm extremely impressed with the level of work they did and the amazing customer service they provided, My car's bodywork turned out beautiful and nice detailing. They even went as far as bringing me my car to my house and picking up the rental. Highly recommended!

After having an unfortunate incident with the front end of my 2017 Ford Fusion I was in need of a local repair facility. I did some on line research and found Isherwood to be highly recommended. I called my local Ford dealer to see whom they would suggest, and Isherwood was on their list. I attended the shop to have my car looked at and was greeted by Nikki with Friendly professionalism. They assured me that the repairs would be completed to pre accident condition. When I attended for my scheduled appointment I was provided with a brand new Honda to drive while I was with out my car. Repairs were completed on time, and the car looked like nothing had happened. They even gave my car a really nice detail! Thank you Nikki and staff, you made this experience very easy and painless. You have my ongoing recommendations and business!

Excellent service from first phone call with reception to completion. Had a small rear end collision repair. Lee is extremely knowledgeable and knew just what was required. I received a rental car paid by Carstar during the repair. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Everything looks like new. The nice interior and exterior cleaning was a welcome bonus! Highly recommended!

Had my front bumper replaced on my van. When I went to pick it up I was surprised how good it looked. Not only did the bumper look fantastic the whole van looked incredible. The outside was spotless as was the inside which surprised me and really made my day. I was so impressed. The ladies at reception were simply the greatest. The staff here are great and the service is awesome. I got in my car after only one day of them having my car and my interior was detailed. I was not aware of this service and I was blown away with how nice it was. My car repairs were beyond satisfaction and am a second time user of Isherwood. I will always come back to them. Receptionist was very friendly. Altought I didn't have an appt they had someone look at my car then set the date for repair. I was called, said my car wold be ready at 4, day that said it would ready. Everything was so clean! Washed & vacuumed. Very impressed & would recommend them to my clients. Thank you CARSTAR Duncan

CARSTAR went beyond my expectations. They did a super professional job, and were very kind. The car is running great.

Their service is amazing. Friendly people, professional and honest. They only ordered one part for my car, but when they opened the bumper and discovered more damage, they called me in and rebooked me right away. Then when they discovered damage (that wasn't their fault), they were nice enough to point it out to me as well.

I got my car back cleaner and better than when i dropped it off, and they even accidentally fixed another issue with the power seats. Great people, Shout out to Kirsten and Lee and everyone else there!

On pick up, my car was as new inside and out. My deductible was paid with gratitude to all concerned. They have really good services, I had an accident in the right side of my vehicle When I got it fixed I couldn’t realize which side was broken.

They gave me a car Honda Civic 2019 until my vehicle be finished.

I got my vehicle washed and cleaned in side, it was really clean I couldn’t recognize it’s mine.
