I visited Carstar Hope Auto Body recently to get a quote on a small scratch repair caused when someone broke their side mirror backing into my car. They used a product to remove what was actually a waxy residue, and not a scratch, from the mirror right there on the spot and declined any payment for it! Their customer service was professional and efficient. It was so kind of them and a very positive experience! I would definitely return for body work in the future.

Very pleased with the service and repair of our sunroof. When we went to inquire about fixing it, they gave the car a temporary cover until our ICBC repair could be scheduled. Very pleasant and professional staff we highly recommend them for any body work needed.

Wow! I would definitly use Carstar again. I had my truck completey painted - they did all the body work prior to painting. My truck was completely disassembled and properly done from start to finish. I have been thrilled with the front desk service as I was always kept up to date on the progress.
