Very polite staff. Speedy amazing work. Even when an issue arises they are very polite and take charge asap. Highly suggest this shop for any icbc work needed.

I am beyond happy with my experience at Raydar. The employee's are wonderful and took care of every concern I had. The workmanship and quality is great, and I am very happy with the body work I had done. Shout out to Taylor for addressing all my concerns and taking great care of my car!

Very courteous and easy going. Answered all our questions and they did all the paperwork, which was well appreciated and such a refreshing change from other experiences we've had. Provided us with a courtesy car for the duration of our repair which, due to supply chain issues, took much longer than anticipated. The office staff did their best to keep us informed of their progress and when we picked up the car, everything was perfect. Battery was charged and our vehicle was sparkling clean inside and out! Highly recommend this service.

My car was rear ended, and I was told Raydar was the place to go.
It was great service. They kept me up to date with my repair and when the parts were in, my car came back out looking brand new. I recommend them!

The customer service from the office staff was phenomenal. They are extremely friendly, welcoming, & very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Raydar for your autobody needs & repairs. My windshield was backordered for several weeks and they contacted me as soon as it arrived at their shop to book me in.

Came to radar today with jeep. Pulled tail light assembly right off wheeling. They promptly looked at it were able to fix it on the spot in bout 30 min. Was great. Now can go wheel again on weekend not worry bout it anymore.
Great service and great that they could look at and fix it right away.

ICBC claim for rear end damage. I picked up my car, no one showed me the repairs or said anything and the repairs looked fine to me.
It was raining when I picked the car up but the next day in the sunshine, I noticed that the entire front driver's side panel had been stripped of the clear coat and there were visible scratches all over the side. At first glance, it looked like they had removed the panel and replaced it with a used one! I bought this car new, and have never hand washed, waxed or touched the paint job and have only ever used touchless car washes. I took the vehicle back and Taylor told me "it was like that when I brought it in! " Then he said "maybe the sun did it" and also offered the option that "sometimes there is defective paint and I should check with my car dealer for warranty. " He did concede, after I pressed the issue, that his washing brush "could have caused the scratches but "definitely they did not cause the clear coat to be removed. " He told me again that it was like that when I brought it in! This is absolute insanity! Now I have to make another ICBC Claim. I tried to call and ask for the owner and they would not give his contact info. They gave me the name of the Operations Manager, but again, would not give out his contact info. I understand that "things happen" but at least own up to your liability when a mistake is made. I dealt with Raydar in the past and never had any problems. But now it's

Being in an accident is always a trying time but the staff at Carstar (Raydar Auotbody) made sure that I didn’t have any more stress. They fixed my car and now it looks like a new car. The staff are great, always ready to help. I would highly recommend them. Great job guys.

I dropped in to have them look at some scuffs on our vehicle, and get a quote to repair. Taylor grabbed a buffer and gave the area a quick polish, and scuffs were darn near gone in minutes. Thanks for the quick and courteous repair!
