Very positive experience over the years and currently with an insurance claim.very impressed with staff and service.

I highly recommend getting your vehicle fixed with these guys! The moment you walk in you are greeted by the famous Saint Bernard dog George (I have fallen in love with him) and the wonderful staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Customer service here is top notch! Make sure to ask for Kyle as he was very thorough and helpful with what I needed to get done.

I was blown away by how well they cleaned my car. I have a dog cover in my back seat and they even took that out and cleaned it. Great service!

These guys are great! I've used them twice for collision repairs and their work is exceptional. The office staff are awesome and the ladies are so helpful answering the many questions you may have after an accident. I highly recommend their services!

Excellent craftsmanship, needed the car back sooner than they could get it done but they did what they could to accommodate us and had it ready in record time. Staff was friendly and cheerful made dealing with them a breeze.

Getting rear-ended in Vancouver and dealing with ICBC was not fun but thankfully the repair portion handled by Maximum Collision was completely stress free. Absolutely lovely team of people to work with and the repair was done perfectly. And the detailing. OMG.my car has not looked this good in years. My car was rear-ended. After waiting for an estimate for 3 weeks and nearly a month for the repairs (due to waiting for parts and the repair process), I picked up my repaired car yesterday, as shown in the attached picture. However, upon inspecting it at home, I was surprised by the inconsistency of the exhaust tailpipes; it appears as if new damage has been added to my car.

1. I understand that only the right exhaust tailpipe was replaced due to damage, but why not order the same type as the left existing one?

2. If obtaining the same type of tailpipe was not possible, why was I not notified in advance? This would have allowed us to work out a solution before I was handed the poorly repaired vehicle.

BTW, the car cleaning did a good job.

Updates:

On August 21,2023 we brought our vehicle to Maximum Collision, the manager Kyle is nice and helpful, he told us the inconsistency in appearance might be due to dirt and metal oxidation. He cleaned up the old left exhaust pipe and also adjusted the position of new right exhaust tailpipe tip to make them better match, as shown in the second picture.

Despite the extra time and effort I invested in this, we are satisfied with the customer service and manager's positive responses overall.

We would rate it 4 stars in general.
