Carters is my go to store for kids shopping with their ever changing sizes. Good collection and offers in store. Would recommend

Your website says closing 7pm on Wednesday however your store was closed at 6pm
The hours sign on the door said 6pm
There were 3 other families that came same time and you were closed
So please amend your online / website hours

Staff at this location are kind and helpful. Clothing quality is very good but still overpriced. I like the age appropriate clothing options.

Bad customer service.
There was no greetings when I purchased goods.
Aren’t you supposed to say Hello and Thank you after someone spends $250?
My 3 years old knows how to say “Hello and Thank you”.
I’m not coming back to this location because of that one staff.
