Carter's - OshKosh B'gosh

The lady was great when I called looking for something specific. Then when I got there with my busy toddler they were so kind and understanding. He played while I looked for thing and they gave him a couple stickers as well!

This store has good customer service when it is convenient. If you point out that the the store is false advertising and charging the wrong price then they get frustrated with you and side with the company. The picture clearly shows the shirt with the Trex on the poster at 10 dollars. In two of the pictures is the same shirt and then at the till they don't honor that and say that they don't have to and say that they can't do anything. This experience would have been easily changed but the manager blamed the company and would not offer any assistance and then backed their company's illegal false advertising. This is not acceptable and reflects poorly on the store and the company. Fix your issues Carter's. And managing staff should simply alter the price and avoid the lengthy and frustrating avoidance of illegal advertising.

Great selection, appreciate the sizing as well. Clean, organized atmosphere. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Patterns repeat a lot though. Fair priced decent quality garments.

It's Carter's Oshkosh B'gosh. Great kids stuff. How I do wish they had the super cute stuff in larger sizes, but that's also because my 3 year old is rocking size 7 and 8 stuff.

Staff is very friendly and helpful especially the young lady standing at the door to let people in is very nice.

Staff greeted me right away. Ready to help. Great sales. Lots of stock. Great variety. Wonderful experience every time!

Most good sales are online only not in store. Sometimes over priced for what it is. Generally ok. Prefer to buy online or Costco

Good selection. Not the greatest customer service unfortunately. Walked in today looking for a few items and nobody asked me if I needed help so I left empty handed.
