Carter's - OshKosh B'gosh

Is there any point of calling this store. There line is always busy. I think the employees just don’t want to pick up the calls. They need to fix this.

The manager Sargun is very professional and helpful. Helped me select item for my nephew and niece. I was there today the store looked fantastic than other locations.

An employee, supposedly manager (sargun), was very rude. She was very rude with other employee as well. Please learn some customer service first, and leave your anger issues out of workplace. I just asked if she is giving me gift receipt! She shouted “I WILL BE GIVING YOU THE GIFT RECEIPT “. Learn some customer service! If you dont like your job then dont work.

Very good location to shop for kids clothes in Surrey, specially the salesperson and Manager are really good, don’t remember this girl’s name, she knows her job and she is very accommodating, would really appreciate if every Oshkosh store has such decent and well behaved managers. Would love to shop here again. Thanks and regards

The woman accused me of leaving product on the floor. When it was another family who dropped the items. Her approach was so rude. First impression. Then she quickly wanted to comment about my toddler attempting to hide in the clothing racks like she was annoyed of us. It's not the first child trying to hide in there and not the last child either. Of course I was letting my kids know about hiding and my toddler stopped instantly. I felt so uncomfortable by this woman coming to attack me with her so called business. It sucks because me and my sisters always buy our kids clothes at this location but will no longer come back. She was highly unprofessional. I wanted to let her know at the till that we are loyal customers, my toddler was wearing everything carter's. But another lady opened the next cash. I wanted to buy more items but felt unwelcomed to do so with this woman sharing negative energy.
