They will more then happy sell you parts for your bike that don't fit with a refund "guarantee" then try and sell you more parts to make the first part work

Took my 2007 grizzly here for a full service, was quick, efficient, and super reasonably priced. Won’t be taking my business anywhere else for my quads. Small miscommunication on the tires but was quickly rectified, and even was offered a new helmet for free. Go see Andrew! You will not be disappointed.

Where to begin. Pulliing up on my 2005 ZG1000.this bike shakes and handles awful. Tony the mechanic looked over the bike and says " your tires are causing ALL this.they are 13 years old". They set me up to get new Michelin Scorcher 11'S. FRONT AND BACK. The final cost was below the quote and i am driving.what feels like.a brand new bike. I am sincerely thankful for the amazing service and attention to the problem. Never felt like i had to be cut open and analyzed before a solution could be suggested. This team is " the real deal". Customer for life! THANKS, AGAIN.

Took my 2019 Husky FC250 into Cascade, found out that it was a lemon. Andrew ordered the parts that it needed, two were on back order. Andrew then went out of his way and let me borrow one of his bikes for the long weekend. Andrew is a class act, would 10/10 recommend to anyone who is looking for a bike shop who puts customers first. I will definitely being using you guys in the future!

For 26 years, I’ve had my boat in many different shops over the lower mainland. Finally, i have found a team of great people that treat you as a friend or a Neighbour. Awesome service from the guys at cascade. Andrew reached out on Facebook after I posted if anyone knew of a reliable shop that wouldn’t scam me like the large dealers. Had my yz125x in for a top end and fork oil change. Large shops such as holeshot took a whole day to answer my call but anytime I called cascade they picked up the first time. In the end Andrew chopped off 90 bucks from the top price. Also thanks to Tony and I believe it was Carson who worked on the bike and even showed me the state of the old piston. I now have a new go to shop so I’ll be back soon.

The shop owner is a outstanding guy, great mechanic's had a couple dirtbikes repaired and sportbike tires, mounted and balanced. Great place for all your side x side and on-offroad equipment.lots of parts and supplies and apparel in stock.will continue to do buisness in the future.

Was looking for a local motorsport mechanic to work on my raptors. At the same time I also was directed to there truck department were they work on any type up trucks from aftermarket parts to any repair. Alot of people I asked for a shop directed me to cascade powersports. Was the best decision I made to take my raptor here. Staff and mechanics were super nice. At the end of the day I got a super deal on labour and parts compared to any other shops out there. I highly recommend this place for any powersport or truck needs! Best prices and very hard onest workers and mechanics.

Can’t even put to words how solid these guys are. I bought a used atv for plowing, my first year getting into plowing and ended up getting a lot of jobs. After doing a job or 2 I noticed the overheat warning was lighting up, called many shops and was told they had cleaned up for Christmas and weren’t taking new machines until the new year -this was on dec 23. Frantically calling every shop in the lower mainland I landed on cascade who enthusiastically told me to bring er in, arriving very close to their closing time they promised me they would have it fixed by the next day dec 24. James came in on Christmas Eve and fixed my bad cooling fan connection & an airlock, I had my machine back and plowing within 24hrs in the middle of the holidays. Words can’t explain how much I appreciate these guys and I (living in Langley) will always make the hour plus round trip drive out to cascade going forward. 110% recommend
