Hashim at CaseMogul Central City was incredibly helpful. He quickly repaired my phone (approximately 30 minutes) and explained the attached lifetime warranty. I accidentally picked up the wrong phone case, but he didn't make a big deal out of it and promptly replaced it with the correct size. I rarely write reviews, but the exceptional service provided by Hashim deserved recognition.

Got my tempered glass done by Hashim. Has lasted quite a long time now without bubbles. Quality of work and customer service is commendable, would visit again for sure!

I visit this store second time today and i was helped by Guri, he is very knowledgeable. My phone was damage and he fixed in 1 hour and he changed screen protector that is free of cost.

Harpreet Kaur provided an excellent service, went to 6 different places before finding CaseMogul and no one could do anything about my phone but Harpreet was able to figure out the problem and fix it perfectly. Highly recommended!

The employees were very nice, but the service itself was embarrassingly bad. I would rate negative stars if I could.

Took phone in for screen replacement, staff replaced with noticeably cheaper third-party screen. Screen was installed incorrectly at first, which had to be taken back and fixed. After this, I discovered that the loudspeaker and vibration motor - *which were not broken before* - were broken too. When I took it back to be fixed the second time, I was informed that it would be a few days until they could get a replacement speaker.

During this brief period of waiting, the third party replacement screen cracked after the phone was dropped a distance of less than 30 centimetres, not even having landed on the screen. The screen protector which I purchased from this shop does not seem to have done anything to protect it. After taking the phone back to the shop a third and final time, the replacement loudspeaker was installed and seems to work. However, when the phone was returned, the crack on the screen was noticeably larger.

In addition to all of the above, the replacement screen does not sit right in the phone's body, having to be pressed back in on occasion, and sporadically stops sensing touch input. This is likely because the adhesive keeping the screen attached was not replaced - which also severely lowers the phone's resistance to water damage.

All in all, I feel cheated by the service provided by CaseMogul. I wasted a great deal of time and money for this shop to ultimately make my phone worse than it was before. I would have had better luck performing the repair myself. In addition to terrible repair service, this shop also steeply overcharges for peripherals, many of which are stealthy knock-offs of products by reputable brands. Stay away from this shop!

I had to give give one star coz there is no option for -1000 stars rude staff they are here just to steal your money i bought two cases from them last week from which they did’t have case for 13 pro in stock and they told me to come back day after tomorow or on sunday to get the case and when i came back with the recipt they refused to give me my case this is how they make money the guy how works here speaks hindi does’t even have any sense how to talk to coustomer dont come here untill you dont want to waste your time and money dont even gave me my refund or my case i would really want someone to reply to this review to reslove my matter if any superior is reading it or if anyone has any respect or kindness for their coustomers

I had a cracked phone screen and they repaired it very quickly in less than an hour. The associate Harpreet was thorough in making sure that everything was working both before and after the repair. Very fair price, cheaper than other places and a $5 discount if you book online on their website as well.

Be careful with the case prices, they say one is for free but if you do the math they are charging you at least 50% of the second one in the price of the first one. Perhaps it would be better if they say second at 50% off instead of free.

My IPhone X was working just fine when I had the bright idea to accept the installation of the newest iOS 14.3. The phone never turned on from installing the update. I tried to update through my laptop, via iTunes, then to restore to factory settings, worked with an Apple specialist online, even made an appointment at a Genius Bar. Both I and the Apple rep got an error while trying to update/restore. And of course Apple decided that the only solution was to replace the phone; and since it was out of warranty, I had to of course pay for a new phone. I tried to argue the phone had no issue before the unfortunate update, and I did not have a recent backup, and valuable memories lost. Apple customer service was not touched at all. And they advised it would be high time for me to update my device anyway. Which I was not prepared to do.

Long story short, I have made some research online and decided to visit CaseMogul Surrey Central. Harpreet Kaur took the time to listen to my story, patiently explained my options.she made my in-store experience very pleasant. And even laughed at my bitter jokes. My phone was sent for repair to their Calgary experts (who called multiple times to update me on their assessment and progress) and two weeks later I have my phone back, working properly again. And I have not lost anything on it!

When Apple decided it was not worth it for them to stand behind an older phone model and made a loyal customer leave their store deeply dissatisfied, CaseMogul came to the rescue.

I visited CaseMogul Phone located in surrey central Mall twice last week for my phone tempered glass protector and today for my daughter iPhone 6S LCD screen.the lady Harpreet kaur helped me both of times.she was so nice, friendly, knowledgeable about the products and repairs. She tried her best to fixed the phone in one hour window.the shop was clean and the products were well organized.the prices are reasonable and with offers. I highly recommend the shop and I became her permanent customer and recommend to other Friends.
